I have used many different detoxes and this is the cheapest, and the easiest on your stomache. I have tried the expensive ones from the health store but when I used them, it hurt to go to the bathroom. I recommend this product to anyone trying to jumpstart weight loss or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

One thing that some might not like is the fiber drink mix. It does not mix well. The first time I tried the drink mix, the taste was horrible but after 2-3 days, I craved the fiber drink mix.

I am very satisfied with this product. The first day I had a headache. It says on the box that as your body is detoxifying you may have a headache as a side effect. But, after the first day, I had much more energy, I sleep better, I breathe much freer, and notice my pants slip on easier. I plan to use it once a month and will purchase a few boxes for family members to try.

This product works like is suppose to. It is not a laxative, so if you want to have the effects of a laxative - take one.

The taste is refreshing and is easy to take. I wish I could start my day with this drink.

It is a good jump start to a healthy lifestyle.

People have to keep and open mind and remember what DETOX means. The key ingredients in this product works to rid your body (all of it, not just your stomach) of TOXINS. It's not a laxative. If you want to empty your stomach out then use a natural laxative.

I was expecting something WOW.....still waiting.
The herbal packet, mixes with 4 oz. water, tastes gritty. So swallow fast! With that every morning I was expecting to have something to show for my efforts. At least my stomach didnt hurt from it!
And with increasing the quanity of tablets every morning and night I thought....well, maybe today is the day I will notice something--WOW.....still waiting. If I benefited from taking this product, I guess I may never know. I can at least say I was loyal to it for 7 days.

I used this product and the first time i got a few results but i felt less bloated and more energy. By the second time i used it it worked great. I felt better and felt so health. I have trouble drinking alcohol sometimes and i was turning 21 and so i wanted to be able to drink without stomach pains. The weekend of my birthday i was able to drink and felt fine no pains. It does great things as far as cleaning out all those bad toxins. I would recommend this to others.

I hated the fiber packets -- tasted terrible and made me gag, so I just poured the packet in my mouth and chugged water.
I ended up with headaches throughout the program, but I noticed great results in just the first day. I've had some vision problems since taking birth control pills for a short time several years ago. After the first day of this cleanse, my vision was MUCH clearer; it progressively got better each day, and it has stayed that way for several months!
Also, I did not change my food intake, and I still had wine with dinner, so it worked for me without really changing anything, though I normally eat very healthfully. I did not do the program for the whole 7 days because I forgot it when I went on a business trip. I finished the last 2 days when I got back from the trip.
I plan on doing this program again soon.

I bought this product out of curiosity, thinking maybe I'm one of those people that years of sludge built up in my system and should do something to get it out...

After my week of taking Detox 7, the only thing I can conclude is "I must not have year of sludge".

To start with the product, it has a Fiber type packet that you take one a day and then a set of pills that you take once in the a.m. and once in the p.m. The packet (which you mix with water or juice) doesn’t taste bad and the pills are pills.

The box and promotional information for this product state it’s an Internal body cleanser and revitalizes your body. This is the part that I think I missed. My energy level hasn’t been overly impacted (I still feel sluggish in the morning and pretty normal throughout the day) and I haven’t experienced anything out of the ordinary in the bathroom.

As part of the week Detox 7 program, they give you several tips for success.

1. Drink a lot of water (96 ounces a day for generously proportioned people like me)
2. Include a lot of healthy stuff in your diet (fruits, vege’s, whole grains, nuts, seeds)
3. Exercise

These three things alone (if done regularly) will have a positive impact on your digestion and the way you feel – so I’m not sure that the supplement is doing anything all.

In all, I’m not sold on this product. In buying it, I was thinking maybe I could clean my system and finally pass that piece of gum I ate when I was 7. So far, I haven’t seen this do anything for me.

this drink tastes horrible and the chunks of stuff in it made me gag! all this did for me was give me a little more engery which was good for me because i have a one month old baby. i was buying it to clean me out since during pregnancy you experience constipation. i do not believe this helped clean me out at all.

I started using this yesterday & already notice results. Such as, more energy and bowels move smoother. I know...gross...but I know people want to know these things. I was somewhat discouraged when others said theirs didn't. I wonder if it has anything to do with having my gallbladder out. Things move differently just because of that. Anyway, this is very reasonable and I'm eating all the fruits, vegetables and peanuts I want. And, drinking lots of water...this is a key. The only thing I would recommend, is they change the packets, the texture is awful and doesn't taste good, so gulp it. At least it's only 4 oz. Will report back in a few days. Good Luck!

I thought it was a good price and i was looking for something to clean out toxins. It gave me a headache as well as a feeling slugish. I did not feel like i was being cleansed of anything. I am a vegaterain and was looking for something that was natural and effective-this was not it! I feel worst on it.

I've spent plenty of money on very expensive Detox systems and the results were not as good as they are with Detox 7. I'm on my 5th day and between extracting the solid and water I feel great. I do not feel bloated and miserable. My energy level has gone way up and, I'm doing some things around my home that I neglected to do because my energy level was low and I just didn't feel like it.

I was looking for a way to clean my system out after the holidays without starving myself or using a laxative and this product is excellent. It relieved the bloated and full feeling that i was having and i noticed a difference within 3 days. It actually made it easier for me to use the bathroom. Will definately be using this again about 4mos.

I really didn't notice any 'cleansing' goin on. Urine output was increased but probably due to the increase in H20 intake. OxyPowder is the most successful I have used. Ya get what ya pay for I guess.

I found Detox 7 to be exactly what it claims to be and the taste was not bad. Although I did not use it as instructed it was working. My energy level increased and I was less bloated. I am using it again this month and will follow the instructions this time to ensure that I receive maximum benefits.

I started using this product wed. night. so far i have indeed noticed a def. detoxifying feeling. but i have become slightly constipated. see what happens by day 7. taste is unique, sorta reminds me of nasty Gatorade. i work out, I'm on my feet 24/7, and i eat fairly healthy (fast food maybe once or twice a month). keep posted on main results

Will be using on a monthly basis. I could feel the difference in my body being rejuvenated after its use. Prior, I always felt sluggish with uncomfortable feelings(not pain) in my stomach area which is probably the result of not cleansing on a regular/moderate basis. I like the fact that it doesn't treat my body as a laxative while eliminating the bad toxins.

Each day of using the program I actually feel my body being detoxified. That's when I knew it was working. I will continue to use this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Perhaps, those who dislike this product should try drinking prune juice and/or consume an enormous amount of raw fruits and vegetables to give you a boost.

I highly stand by this product.

This product really works. I see that a lot of people complain of it not working for them, but the instructions and ingredients are very clear. To me it works fine, to the complainers, it's not the product that's not working, it's people who may have a very unorthodox system and need to see a specialist

I have taken this product and I find that it does work. Io me, it is a great product. Remember this is a detox program, not a weight loss program. This is not a diet. It is an internal cleanser with natural products. It is meant to clean out your blood, liver, kidneys and colon. You can use this product once a month for maintenance purposes too. P.S. you can add the fiber packet to 4 ounces of OJ (recommend oj with the pulp in it) instead of water if you need help getting it down.

I took this for the 7 days and followed the directions. No problems of any kind and there are ways of telling it is doing what it claims. For instance a change in body odor. No where does this product claim to make you lose weight, get over wanting to eat or anything! It's a cleanser and detoxifier. The warnings on the box should be enough for most people, if you have problems, don't use it! Quit blaming the product for all your problems! there are plenty of warnings and side effects listed.

You have to follow the instructions to the T. It says lots of water and they mean it. You will get cramps and headaches if you don't drink enough. I drank aproximately a 2 liter bottle of H2O everyday and didn't have any problems. Combined with my diet and LIGHT exercise program I lost 5 lbs the week I did it. Though, gettting those drinks down the hatch everyday just got harder and harder. That stuff is chunky and you have to hold your nose to get it down. Sorry =o( but atleast it works!

I purchased this product as a means to cleanse my body and "jump start" weight loss. I am 29 years old and had put on 15 pounds over the past year.I followed the instructions and took the supplements as directed. Absolutely nothing happened as a result of using this system. My friends have used cleansing/detoxifying products before, and one way to know they are working is to experience the "poo poo's". Not on this plan. I experienced no positive benefits...no weight loss, no increase of energy...NOTHING. I would recommend that you try something else.

I'm in my 5th day of using this product. I have found it very gentle and side-effects to be minimal. I do reccommend following the water intake suggestions, or even have more than suggested in case you are concerned about pains. If you have negative reaction to Psyllium, stop taking it. It's not for everyone.

this stuff has got my husband where he cant function, he has followed the instructions to the letter and he is having severe belly pain and cant even bend down to tie his shoes!!! this stuff could really be dangerous if you are not careful
