This is a good product and is designed well for its purpose. However, the seams where the plastic parts meet are rough and uncomfortable on the skin. I would recommend using something to cover the area where seam and skin meet.

I used the inflatable neck-pillow while travelling overseas - it not only helped while sleeping on the plane, but also helped while sitting comfortably watching the movie or reading. And the fact that it's deflatable helped in minimizing storage space in my luggage.
