Produced some steam, but wasn't able to remove wrinkles on shirts, slacks or sport coat. It did squirt water on these items so I had to wait for them to dry. Even the most simple wrinkles stayed in the clothes. I would return it, but it's not worth my time to go through the hassle

I was able to use the steam buddy two times. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and reccommendations (I even used only distilled water!!). I was not impressed with the results but figured it was me and that I somehow needed to practice using it. However, the third time I attempted to use this piece of junk, it failed to heat up enough to produce any steam!! The light turned on, as it was suppose to, only the steam never came!! Unfortunately, I failed to attempt steaming enough in 30 days because it seems that Walgreen's exchange policy is expired and the manufacturer? Wow! They do not stand behind this product (with good reason!)

This won't provide steady steam regardless of how you hold the steam button. It provides a short burst, but you have to wait several seconds for another. Takes forever, not as illustrated.

I read & followed the instruction.
I used distilled water. The water did get hot , but there was no steam . It just squirted water all over the place.
It will be going back to Walgreen's today.

Awesome product! I will never iron again! So easy to use to quickly take the wrinkles out of of my clothes without the fuss of an iron and ironing board. Only takes around 3 minutes, and it's fun to use! Save $$$ on dry cleaning too.
