When I saw it I thought wow this is just what I needed when my knives go dull, but does not sharpen like it look like it would. Does have an easy grip handle, but does not do the job.

Sharpening knives is fast and easy although a little awkward at first. My guests and other cooks always compliment me for my sharp knives. I was pleasently surprised to know that the "Samurai" sharpens my serated knives.

I found it sharpened my knives quite well. A guest professional chef was also impressed by it. My knives do not stay sharp, but then no knives do. This tool worked quite well. Knife sharpeners are not really made to be sharp, so I do not understand that comment.
