It's a pretty cool mug; I would recommend it to a friend, but to make your beverage more in the mug to on your lap then screw the lid on tight enough so you dont get your drink on your clothes.

I expect an insulated mug to BE insulated and this mug doesn't fit the bill. I'm very disappointed in Thermos.

This mug leaks EVERYTIME I try to drink from it. I end up with tea all over my lap and running down my arm. It also makes my tea or hot chocolate taste like plastic. I can't believe I paid for this product!

Lid makes only half a turn when applied to mug, and leaks all over good clothes, car, etc. The leak is coming from between the lid and the mug, not the opening on the top!

If you are hoping to use this mug for your morning coffee, you will be disappointed - it adds a distinct plastic flavor to coffee or any hot beverage, rendering it pretty much worthless. I can't believe this is even on the market.

Thanks Thermos, now I have to make another trip to a store to find a better coffee travel mug.

Fits my cup holder fine and keeps my coffee hot during my morning run to the office. 24 ounce mugs are hard to find. Good value.

The mug looks sharp. Beverages stayed hot and it didn't leak around the lid. The base of the mug is too small in relation to the top, making it top-heavy. Base too small for the beverage holder in my Expedition and "tumbled" to the floor often. It "tumbled" off the kitchen counter and the handle snapped off! Would prefer no handle and maybe some type of rubber around middle of cup with a larger base
