The Wonderful Life Collection has always had an Enesco official box and the outside shipping box was a plain brn box to ship candles, makes it less in my opinion as far as a collector of the entire series goes

I was really disappointed with the detail in the village accessories. Didn't measure up to other manufacturers
I have collected the first 5 series and just purchased Series VI. I also own several other pieces. I was very disappointed to find that they were packed in plain brown boxes, not in the glossy boxes as the previous ones. Also, they were not accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. The people are not to scale as the ones from series I-V. Why is that? One of the pieces was duplicated from another set. I'm happy to have these pieces but very dissapointed do to the above comments. I was looking for something spectacular for the final series.

Strange that there were no authentication documents and the boxes were plain brown not as before. Can it be that the Reed/Stewart families have pulled their endorsement? Set was much more expensive than before. As a collector of the series, I felt taken advantage. Also, the people are disproportionate to the size of the buildings as are the light posts.
However, it was nice to add the pieces to my collection. I had forgotten what was in this set so I was like a kid on Christmas opening the plain boxes not knowing what was inside. My husband loves the diner. All in all the collection looks better with the new set. Hope we are through, though. Can't afford another year like this one!

I started collecting this village out of love for the movie. I was very pleased when I got up each year. I t has become a Christmas tradition! We don't have enough traditions anymore. It takes me back to my chilhood and Christmas at my Grandma's. Please continue to make these. If you run out of things from I'ts A Wonderful Life" There are alot of other great Christmas movies. I have already got Santa's castle from Roudolf and so figurines from Santa Claus is Coming to Town. Think about it! Thanks B.Dolina Eudora, Ks.

I ordered this to add to the rest of the Wonderful Life Village Series. I do think it is nice, however, I think it is expensive for what you get. [...] Maybe they should add it to each village series as an extra piece like they do the cars or just drop the price.
Like many others i have been collecting for years and hope it ends in 2006. Because they have made me broke with 100's of dollars but i'm a movie lover it's all about "It's a wonderful life" and i have to have it all.

I really do like it, but I think it's over priced. Maybe these should be sold seperately. I'd prefer a character from the movie over the New Couple.

If you are a collector of the It's A Wonderful Life Snow Village offered [...] you will be disappointed in this set. It is way to expensive for what you are getting. But, if you are like me you have every piece and couldn't possibly miss adding this to your collection.
