save your money. this is a great idea with terrible results - 3 batteries last only a few hours, light has very narrow focus and flickers on and off whenever moved.

nice idea but doesn't deliver. light is too narrow for anything beyond point blank and batteries die within hours of casual use.

The beam is not adjustable and it doesn't even hit the page. I assume no one tested this before they built and marketed it. The light beam doesn't even cover the width of a standard paperback. It's totally ineffective and ridiculous. I had to HOLD the thing and move it while I read. I'm sorry I bought it. NO price would be fair for this product.
