I have a spot on my carpet that my cat seems to think is his litter box. I used the product and it made it smell worse and turned my carpet an orangish color. It just simply does not work. I had better results using Resolve. Save your money!

This worked great on a fresh pet stain. For older stains it neutralized the odor but did not remove the stain.

Puppies are great but can have accidents so I gave Urine Gone a try after using a number of different cleaners that just didn't work. It has been the "ONLY" thing I could fine to remove the smell and stains. Thank you for a Great Product that works !

I have been using this product for several years in my litter boxes (B4 I + the litter), on the floor under & around my boxes, and on the walls around behind the boxes! Then I got a puppy and used it on carpets too after accidents. IT'S GREAT.

This is the only product that truly eliminates bodily fluid odors and prevents re-marking by dogs and cats. Nothing else gets deep into the carpets, furniture, and dry walls. However, since it must saturate carpets and air dry it can leave a watermark that will you will have to use a carpet cleaner to remove like a rug doctor. If you don't walk on the carpet while wet, this doesn't happen.

I was surprised to see all the good reviews on this product. I purchased this some time ago and found that it didn't do anything the infomercial claimed. The blacklight never showed any spots on our carpet even though I know there were some.

Anyway, I returned it for a refund.

I'm glad some have had good results with it though.

I was surprised to read all of the good reviews of this product. I have a cat that had a rough life before I adopted her from a shelter and she frequently urinates outside of the litter box. Like most other products, this one doesn't work as well as its advertisers say it does. If I happen to catch my cat "in the act" and I immediately blot up the urine and then spray this product on it, it does a good job. However, it doesn't do any good once the urine has dried on the carpet.

This product is Great! I would highly recommend it.I have a male Yorkie.It is the only cleaner that totally gets out the oder and stain.I have tile flooring which of course includes grout. After trying all kinds of cleaner,and none 0f them working,not to mention the embarassing oder. My daugther then told me about this product, Thank GOD! I forgot to mention that I also have wood floors which I used it on too.No more embarassing oder when company comes,my floor not only looks clean,it now smelles clean.I recently brouget it to my mother-in-laws house and sprayed it on the toliet,and the floor around her toliet.She had a urine smell in her bathroom due to my father-in-laws failing health.She to had scrubbed and tried every cleaner.The Urine Gone was the only thing that worked.Hope this was helpful. This is the best product I've tried yet for kitty urine! I have feral cats that like to spray on things outside my house & this stuff works!! I have even used it inside my home because a few of my kitties made no-nos. The clean fresh scent it leaves is so much better than other products trying to just cover-up the smell which makes it worse. You just blot up the mess (for more soaked areas, you'll need to blot up the most you can, I use lots of cheap napkins)then just spray with Urine Gone. It works great for around the toilet too! It still works on old messes but make sure the previous cleaner has faded away. You may need to repeat a couple times.

I soaked the carpet and the pad. The next morning I could still see the stains with the black light. I guess I will have to rent a steam cleaner. The black light is great to help you locate the spots!!!

This product is truly amazing. Do not hesitate to try it. We are cleaning up a rental so I dnn't know how old the stains were, but most were really discusting. It goes to work instantly. You can see the difference right before your eyes. I only wish it came in a concentrate that could cover more areas at a time.

This stuff is AMAZING. I have dogs that have gotten sick, had bowel movements on my carpet, and have even peed. It comes right up. Product worked as described as long as instructions were followed. I liked walking in and not smelling doggy odors. Never did get the light to work. Light is too flimsy anyway.

I've used if for my cats and dog, and in my home and vehicle with my elderly father. It has kept everything smelling clean. I can't imagine being without it. I really don't have much use for the black light, though.

I didn't feel that this worked as well on cat urine stains. It sounds like it worked great on dog stains, but I haven't got that problem.

I have two puppies and they occasionally still pee inside on the rug. This product is great, completely removes the stains and odors. I highly reccommend it!!!!

THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS! I would highly recommend it. I used the light and found tons of stains that other cleaners couldn't lift. Urine be gone removed the stain, which I can no longer see, and the smell is gone. Easy to use also, I used to scrub, and now just spray alot and let it dry. I have to get more!

I have a puppy and while she uses puppy pads, she sometimes misses and goes on the carpet. We tried cleaning the carpet, but nothing seemed to get rid of the smell. [...]. I sprayed this over the parts where she had peed and today the smell is gone! I also like the fact that it didn't have a heavy chemical-y smell upon spraying. This will definitely be added to our cleaning bucket and I'd highly recommend it to anyone with pets.

This product is better than "Natures Miricle"! No more pet odors! I like the fact that you don't have to rince this product. Just spray and leave it!

i have a mother-in-law that is in her late eighties and has a bladder control problem this in turn causes her home to smell like, well, p*&*. this product takes the smell out of her clothing, bedding, garbage can, and rugs. she is active, happy, and well loved..it was sad when she didn't want company because she worried about the smell. now she can have friends and family over without worry, her home smells nice and clean. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Bought it, tried it our on a fresh stain, does not work at all. The blacklight is so cheaply made it failed to light properly and finally just gave out. Took back to the store for a full refund. What a rip-off by the manufacturer.
