I purchase this product hoping it would work,I own a pet and by it being winter the house get trap with germs, bacteria and odors. I was pleasantly surprise that this machine really do work,about ten minutes you can smell the difference in the air your breathing in,the only problem that I have is the extracts that come with it,they are not the best smelling fragrance especially the vanilla. The instructions says 2 caps full, I poured it out and use a few drops, it seems to do better, you have to twink it to your smell, other than that great product.

The problem with this item is that the water needs to be changed and "refreshed" each day. That isn't practical for most people. None of the advertising and product details discusses this. After reading the maintenance requirements, I chose to return the article [...].

This product is marvelous. I have both cats and dogs, and my house has never smelled so fresh. I believe it will be especially useful in the winter, when the windows have to be closed. It will humidify the air and keep it smelling fresh and free of bacteria.

I bought one and was so impressed I went the next day and had to buy another. I will eventually get one for the kitchen too. My allergies have improved so much I can't believe it. The machine is wonderful. I smoke and my husband is so happy this machine takes care of it because he can't stand the smell. We have three dachshunds and you would think we didn't have any dogs when you come into my home. You must be careful not to use other store bought oils as it will ruin the machine. I realize the solutions are pricey but you are buying something that is made with real natural oils and if you compare that to prices in a craft store or others that carry real oils it isn't bad for the size you are getting (i.e. they are much larger than the ones you are provided with when you buy the machine). If you want a real strong smell you can use up to four and if not use less. However, as it says in the instructions do not use more than that or it will also ruin the machine. The only downside is the fragrances are very limited. I highly recommend this product. It is one of the few times you will buy something that does what it says. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with this machine it compelled me to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are thinking of buying.

I purchased this product because i am a smoker and every time my daughter comes home she complains about the oder of smoke in the house. I saw this item being used by my sister and it removed all the smoke oder so I purchased one and it does work quite well to my supprise just wish they had other fragerances we can use

My parents smoke so bad you couldn't even go into the room. The smell REALLY knocked you off your feet. this wonderful things cut through that Smokey smell within 10mins and made the room breathable again. Highly recommend! I'm buying one for my room with the cats and their litter pans!

this thing is great. its really like a breath of fresh air when u cant open your windows. its so refreshing, not just an air freshener. i recommend only using 1/2 to 1 capful instead of 2. also, i've used aromatic oils i purchased from an arts and crafts store. they work just as well and are easier and cheaper to obtain.

I moved into a new place with stong smelling paint fumes etc. I used my Oreck air purifier along with this in the same room and it helps to neutralize and refresh the room. I also aired out as much as I could and this has been a true godsend. Also a nice addition when your cleaning or just want to freshen up your place.

My husband saw this product on TV and wanted to try it. I admit I had my doubts as most products are not always as described on infomercials. Since I am a smoker I thought I would give it a try. Not only does it do a great job at removing the smoke from the house, it is unbelievable how much dust it removes also. One of the nice things is that since all the impurities are trapped in the water, it isn't thrown back out into the air. An added bonus is that you can see in the water just how much is being removed from the air. I would definitely recommend this product. I just wish the scents for it were more readily available locally and not quite so expensive.
