the product was not useful. I returned it the next day. zippers not good, to hard of foam, headrest to high and it didn't fit our bodies in a comfortable way. would not recoment it to anyone.

I have a neck injury and am in a brace and do not sleep well flat. The cushion sets helps me sleep in my own bed comfortably.

I bought this product to help my wife with her back pain. She has been much better lately but very receently has started to hurt and stiffen up again. So in order to ward off a full blown attack of the severe pain, I bought this device to allow her to rest in a zero gravity position. It seems to have warded off the pain attack this time and every couple of days she lies down on the device to help her body stretch out. If you have back pain that comes and goes, check with your doctor to see if resting at or near the zero gravity position will help and then give this product a shot. The only down side is that the zippers somtimes come undone when not wanted. It may be intentially made that way in order to prevent the product from tearing. Maybe strong hook and loop connectors would have been a better thing to use.
