I've had venous stasis on both legs for several years now. This type of condition go through various stages of dry skin, from onion-paper texture to dead skin to thick layers of dead skin to skin ulcers from the dryness. Through the years, I'd tried dozens of differnt lotions or treatments to help moisturize the skin effectively and to try to get some skin repair and regeneration going. This Medline product is the only line I've found that has actually produced results I can see and feel. It does help regenerate new skin growth, and gives moisture to my skin that is retained and provides immediate relief on contact, as well as through the night and day. This is now the only product line (Medline has more than one product that helps my skin) that I will buy, and the only one that ever helped my skin since I developed venous stasis. It's a gift from heaven, I'm convinced.

We use this lotion in our wound care clinic to help patients with severe skin issues due to lack of circulation to their legs. It helps to hydrate and even improve the skin. I use it at work on my hands and just purchased two large bottles for at home to apply all over. One of the only things to help cracked heels.

My husband was recently in the hospital for spinal fusion surgery and I stayed with him around the clock. As a result, I washed my hands repeatedly, but I forgot to bring lotion. I discovered a small tube of this lotion in his room, provided by the hospital. After just one use, I was hooked. It has a gentle, pleasant citrus odor. Its light, soaks right in and is not greasy. It survives a handwashing too. I knew I'd have to find it online and am so glad its available here. I will use it on my husband's scar to minimize it. I'm excited to use it on my rough heels too. Its amazing stuff! I highly recommend.

This is by far the BEST skin care product I have ever used! I started just using it on patient's backs at night, until I discovered for myself how great it was. It is incredibly moisturizing without feeling overly greasy and it promotes fast healing. My hands get very dried out throughout a shift using hand sanitizer but this lotion does wonders for keeping it soft. I recommend it to ANYONE, esp those of you who have dry skin that is hard to keep supple.

I use this product on my husband's legs. There are two very good reasons for using this cream: 1) His lower legs had frost bite from WWI and this has helped the skin tremendously and, 2) He has to wear surgical stockings, and the Wound Care Hospital medical personnel used this product on his legs to help reduce the edema and to help get the stockings on easier. It sure works.

I was first told about this product when my mother was a resident at at nursing home and under hospice care. It moisturizes,nourishes and gently protects skin. The ingredient "Olivamine" is what makes this product so great. I have never found this ingredient in any other skin cream. I use it on my feet at night and what a difference it makes with the dry skin. I have told some of my friends with elderly parents and they also love it for themselves. BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

I am a nurse in home health so we use many of the Medline products since they are designed for many of our patient's with skin problems. This one is excellent. I can get this product through our agency but Walgreens is less money and they carry the 32 ounce size which is a bargain. My aunt says it is the only cream that has helped her psoriasis which she has had for many years. Excellent product!!!

We first became aware of the Medline creams while my husband was in the hospital for two months. The nurses used alot of different creams on him but an infectious disease Dr highly recommended Medline skin repair and had a tube sent up to the room. I used this twice a day during my radiation treatments. I did not use it on my shoulder, which was also being irradiated. The only place I burned was on the untreated area. GREAT STUFF. Good for moisturizing skin everyday, too.

After trying many other products, some of which were helpful, and all of which are expensive, I found this at a Medical Supply Store, and noticed the ad showed arm skin like mine, all bruised and scarred from skin tears. All it would take to peel off a chunk of skin was rubbing lightly on a hard surface, or even the arm of a couch. I've had NO SKIN TEARS for months, and have much less bruising. I have two daughters with cancer and they give this product an A+. One of them had a very bad reaction to chemo and her skin was pealing off her. I am diabetic with severe veinous stasis in my legs. The skin dries and flakes very quickly leaving very sensitive and fragile skin layers. It is the only creme only over the counter creme that helps my eczema. I use it every morning and night. During the winter I put Remedy Nutrashield on top of it for extra moisture and an extra barrier.
