Best Uses:

What a bargain for what you're getting! With a deformed spine, I had to huff and puff getting from here to there. With this wonderful walker no more shortness of breath, it's a breeze and the seat is wonderful when waiting in lines and just tired. Best buy I've ever had!

Steering problems
By Prindel-ier from Ilion, New York on 9/28/2008
Pros:
Easy To Use, Lightweight, Stores Easily
Cons:
Poorly Constructed, Unsafe
Best Uses:
Indoors, Short Distances
Describe Yourself:

The front steering wheels often lock up or are very difficult to turn. The bearings on top of the shaft that allow the wheel to rotate are not easy to grease or oil and this is the problem.

Lightweight, easy to use and fold
By Walk and shopVerified Purchaser from Chicago, IL on 4/10/2008
Pros:
Easy To Use, Folds for transport, Lightweight, Well Constructed
Cons:
Seat is narrow
Best Uses:
Indoors, Outdoors, Shopping, Short Distances
Describe Yourself:
Elderly
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

It is well constructed and the hand brakes are very easy to use. The basket under the seat provides a safe place to put a purse and purchases. The seat flips up easily to access the basket. The handles are adjustable for height and easy to adjust. The seat itself is on the narrow side and not comfortable for long periods. Perfect to shop with and take a break. It folds up fairly easily for transport in a trunk. All in all a good product.

I love my new Rollator, it has very good construction and it was easy to assemble. Others are not as nice looking or as easy to use. The seat is very soft and comfortable. The wheels roll very easy and the height adjustment is very easy. You will love this Rollator and the great price. I do love the blue color that I have, but I would have appreciated having the choice of more colors.

I've seen a lot of these as a provider of healthcare and this one is light, sturdy and easily adjustable. It appears safe for the population I work with, which is 200 lbs. or under. The padding for the backrest could be thicker though.

So helpful!
By KathleenVerified Purchaser from Memphis, TN on 7/9/2007
Pros:
Easy to move, Functional, Safe, Sturdy
Best Uses:
Elderly, Following Surgery
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this product for my father. [...] My brother was able to assemble it in less than half an hour with the tools included. My father is SO thrilled with this and says everyone needing assistance should have one! He was amazed that he can push it with one finger, and yet he feels very safe and in control with the brakes available, and says he can turn on a dime with the swivel large wheels. It has helped him tremendously in getting around and he feel it is so much more appropriate than a traditional walker. When going to the Dr. he removes the basket which he doesn't need then and my mother can put it in the trunk and have it available when needed. Having this piece of equipment has really brightened up his outlook and helped him to have more of a sense of independence.

By Jack from Missoula, Montana on 6/10/2007
Cons:
Flimsy, Unsafe
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The handles have to be connected with large screws. The problem is that the screws can't be tightened completely due to the wobbly system for connecting the screws to the supports. Result is that the handles are wobbly [...]

I gave this as a gift to someone.
By Linda LouVerified Purchaser from St. George, Utah on 3/9/2007

I have no personal experience with this walker but for the person and purpose I bought this, it works for them. The weight of the product was also attractive vs. a full size wheel chair.

This walker is awesome
By Broken_GargoyleVerified Reviewer from Tonawanda ,NY on 2/14/2007
Pros:
This has to be the best
Best Uses:
Elderly
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this for my 84 yr old mother-in law to use in stead of her being stuck in a wheel chair.
She absolutely loved it.
The large wheels worked great for her outside and going thru doors and over thresholds.
The seat and basket worked out well for her too.

The thing she really liked was the quality of the walker and the great paint job on it.
She was so happy to have something that looked great and didn't look like an "industrial/hospital" walker.

I would buy this product again.
By Di the Reader from Duluth, MN on 2/10/2007
Pros:
Easy Storage, Functional, Safe, Sturdy
Cons:
Wire Basket
Best Uses:
Chronic Conditions, Elderly, Following Surgery
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I like the adjustability of the height of the walker's handlebars, the blue color, the inclusion of a storage area, and the ease of pushing it.

I don't like the wire basket for storage. My mom had a walker that had a storage area that was made of leather-type fabric that folded with the walker.

I enjoy the fact you can sit & rest & also that it has a basket for holding items.Onlyproblem that it does not fold to fit into a car so easy.

Super Walker!
By Cheryl S.Verified Reviewer from Albuquerque, NM on 1/30/2007
Pros:
Easy Storage, Functional, Safe, Sturdy
Best Uses:
Elderly, Following Surgery
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased this walker based on price, large wheels for outdoors, slimmer to get through doorways when compared to other walker dimensions, and the past review I read. I had surgery and was going to be in a cast with no weightbearing. After surgery, I was actually allowed to partially bear weight. I am so thankful for the walker, the basket, and not using crutches all the time. I can move more quickly with this walker, and with less effort. I just love it!

Pros:
Easy Storage, Functional, Safe, Sturdy

This is the most comfortable walker that I have ever used. Most walkers with wheels are unstable and difficult to maneuver, but not this one. This is a quality product.

My partner is 100% satisfied
By Just a man from Oakland, CA on 12/26/2006
Pros:
Easy Storage, Functional, Reasonably light-weight, Safe, Sturdy
Best Uses:
Elderly

I've seen too many walkers with small wheels that can make even short obstacles a problem for some people to get past without lifting the walker wheels over. This one rolls over most easily without throwing the user off-balance. Brake controls are easy to use.

The seat is sturdy. The basket is handy for people to place objects in and not worry so much about them falling off or being in plain sight. Airline people liked the walker too. It was light and folded to a reasonably small size.

As I was writing this review, I found that new wheels are readily available from many sources.
