Joy uses this scooter for all her shopping needs. Also uses the scooter when she goes to the Library. It is great in stores and at the library as the aisles are narrow. Her power chair is not as manuvarable as this scooter. As stated before need to attach a ground wire too dissipate static build up.

This scooter is inexpensive to purchase-but you make up for it when you have to have to replace the battery or a simple repair such as a loose spring or screw. You must purchase a whole new console [$]) or a whole new battery pack [$] each time. Tech support is very difficult to receive since many of the authorized dealers no longer exist. Be prepared to spend double the amount you paid for it within a year, since it does not wear well.

I use the product as a mobility aide, out of my house. The tires perform well on almost any surface, and it has the anti-tip bar. I wish the handles and handle bar removed for transporting in a vechile. The way in which these seat handles fold down is very convenient and safe.

This a great scooter only drawback is the seat could be a little higher for longer legs, I am searching for someone to weld a longer piece to the seat.....But it sure beats walking when you can't

This is an awesome machine. It has made my mom's life so much easier. Now she can enjoy farmers markets and general out door shopping where she could not before.
Thanks so much.

I use it at hockey arena's to watch my grandson and at baseball games he plays too. It's ok on low grass, but overall a very good ride for someone who needs it.

I use it to travel the fairgrounds at fair time.
It would be useful to have someplace to carry a small cooler or a lawn chair.
It's not good for anyone with long legs.
Having a key to be able to use it would deter theft if you left it outside a restroom.

My husband is handicapped by a stroke, and this scooter is great to get around the stores or anywhere. It breaks down and is not heavy - that makes it nice for me because I have to load his wheelchair. Gives my husband a sense of freedom.

Use it when difficult to walk. Very easy to maneuver in tight areas. Even takes inclines well. Can use a little extra leg room for tall people. Still, well worth the price, and will not beat it, anywhere.

It makes life so much easier and helps with arthritis pain.
This was the best thing i've ever done for myself its very easy to load in my small car I've been all over the world with it. I loved it so much I got one for my 90 year old mother.

A great little scooter at a great price. Well built and works really well. Very easy to maneuver anywhere in the house, in and out of elevator, with no problems. Am very satisfied with this purchase going on a full month now. Well worth the money.

Well, O.K., it's only faster than a speeding bullet when it's in the belly of an airplane. That's where it was several times over the Christmas holidays. I used it to get around in the airports, including transfers between planes, to visit my daughter's family. It made the trip so much more enjoyable that I'm ready to travel by plane a lot more next year.
Great scooter at a great price. My husband cannot walk more that afew feet and this just fits the bill for him. He weighs 225 and it stills travels well with him. A little more leg room would be nice and an extra battery. Great product for a Great price!!! Buy it!!!
Will use it to travel with my Family. I have a similar instrument at home and it gives my a lot of opportunity to participate where walking would be an extremely painful and fatiguing activity. The ability to fit it into auto trunk and it's weight is managable for my even with arthritis and age 75. Though a woman would not be able to handle it alone.
Short trips to neighborhood stores, also to parks and to the movies. I cannot walk mor than a few steps without aid, therefore the scooter is allows me to be mobile. it is light enough that my husband can put it in the trunk of our auto.

My husband likes to go around some stores that do not supply scooters so this gives him the opportunity to look around while I shop...I like it because I can lift it into the van with very little effort.
Need to carry more weight
haven't had this but a couple weeks. seems pretty sturdy and has plenty of power. Lasted thru a 4 hour lapidary show with no power let down and ran continually. so far I am really happy with this. Need to sell some sort of loading ramp though.

My mom purchased the scooter to use on vacation versus a wheelchair. I like the scooter; because I can pick it up and load it in the car much easier than the wheelchair. I take the battery out each time to reduce the load. My mom has a lot more freedom as we travel and I can look at something I want to without having to make her wait and vice versa. The only complaint is that more leg room is needed for a tall person. The four wheeled scooter does give that leg room. The little engine is quiet and travels over small rises in pavement easily.
I purchased this scooter for my husband, who is unable to walk more than about 500 feet. we went away this weekend and he was able to go everwhere and he was not depressed because he had to stay in the hotel room. he loves his scooter. thank you

I bought this for my 83 year old father.....he could only walk minimal distances. He now loves being able to go with Mom shopping, when she walks the dog.....perfect for him! I would highly recommend to anyone....a great price for a great little scooter!

We went to the Smithsonian in Washington DC... what a pleasure it was to have this scooter! While there they had places available to rechage my battery.I got to go to museums that I would have had to miss. Handles well in crowds.... easy to get up close to exhibits. We did some of the town also. The streets are rough there, but by using care, I was able to go everyplace. Flying was easy. Getting around the airport was fine...... I was able to drive to the gate where the checked it when I boarded and it was waiting for me after we landed.
great on boardwalk and going to pool and plane
I bought this scooter for my dad, he is 86 years old and he really likes it. i love to see him happy. thank you
My husband bought this online and I was really sceptical without trying it first. What a dream it has turned out to be. So EZ to use and turns on a dime. Only fault is wish it had a key for security reasons. My husband abuses this and it has lasted almost a year already. Goes to the baseball games and fits between parked cars. I used it at Disneyland and was very manueverable in crowds. Didn't worry about running into people like I did last year with a big, heavy and bulky scooter we have that runs like a boat! Great price, see all reviews.

I bought it for my mom. She is 84 with dementia... not too bad but things have to be simple to use. I like to shop and take her with me but using the walker was just not good enough. Going into the stores to use their motorized carts is a hit and miss proposition. But now I always have her cart with us to use. She can follow along with me and has so much fun just getting out. Our insurance would not pay for this scooter because she did not need it full time to get around the house but I did not want to wait until that late in her life for this scooter. I want to have fun now when we can enjoy ourselves. I waited for it to go on sale with free shipping and bought it then. It was shipped in a great box and was easy to put together.

Love the scooter. Only one thing that could be improved on and that is parts for it. I wanted to buy a extra battery pack and the e-mail list had one for [$] dollars. I only paid [$] for the scooter so I orderd another scooter and got the extra battery pack plus another scooter for parts. A great deal. 2 scooters for under 1000.
I have owned the echo 3 for 8 months now and am very pleased with this purchase!! would highly reccomend to anyone with limited mobility but needs portabilty to remain independent. The scooter charges quick and maintains great distance over smooth surfaces. A GREAT BUY!!
great scooter but chairs fikmsy unless you add a new back for seat
wife's leg paralysis requires transfer from wheelchair to a swivelling scooter seat. Cannot use fixed position seat. Otherwise, was very impressed with the scooter. Very well designed and constructed.(I am a Professional Engineer)

One must be careful when lifting it so you don't damage the electrical wiring under the steering handle

It is very nice. Just needs one thing a key to start it. Less likely to be stilen.

Being that I have M.S., lifting scooter, broken down, is still a little too heavy for me. I am not an engineer, but I would like to see somehow that you could reduce the weight. In other words, not to change the scooter but to re-invent a way to take off more of the parts to make it lighter when lifting.
