I use wide adhesive paper tape to hold the silicone film (gel) in place. I find that my keloids (scars) soften and shrink, and that they generally hurt less than when I don't use this product. The only unfortunate part is that the film is a treatment; there is no cure for my condition.

This does not work. It will not stick to your skin so you have to use some kind of wrap to keep it on, it gets moist underneath, and itchy to the scar. I used other brands before and this is the worst, yet it cost the most. BOOO!! 2 thumbs down
