I like to wear them, this might be strange, but, I have a nurse that changes my diapers and she says that when I wear these diapers my privates stay dryer and they down smell as much.

At the age of 43, I can only hold it for 10 or 15 minutes. I've often wet my pants while commuting to and from work because of traffic or weather. This product gives me the confidence I need, whether traveling, running errands or even at home! A pleasure to wear, even when wet, and discreet as well!

I know this is weird but I use it for my menstual period, because mine is always really heavy and I have had many accidents not only on the bed but also in public in my pants. I no longer have those embarrassing accidents wearing this diaper. I prefer this over the underwear due to it being adjustable and easy to remove like a diaper. Its a little embarrassing wearing a diaper being only 25 but it is even more embarrassing leaking blood through your pants in public. Great diaper!!
