Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

I've worn mouthguards for 30 years. This one is hands down THE BEST, most comfortable and most effective. I previously ordered directly from the company for twice the price that this item is offered at Walgreens.

I only wish Walgreens carried the smaller model too (the one without the "wings") as it fits smaller mouths better.

Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

My daughter was grinding her teeth at night; she needed a guard to keep from damaging her teeth and her mandible. The dentist told me a guard would run about $770, but she's been getting excellent results with this product, which cost only a fraction of the quoted price, including delivery. Definitely recommend for anyone with similar issues!

Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

This product doesn't seem to be for people like me who have been cleanching and grinding for years. I've even found a way to chew on the inside of my cheek during sleep if I don't have a mouthguard in. The best this does for me is prevent me from chewing on the inside of my cheek. It has a mantra on the box about teaching yourself not to grind and eventually not using the product. I must be a bad student because it's not going to happen. I also find that I am able to move the mouthguard around easily inside my mouth during sleep. As you can see, this isn't good for when I start to grind and the thing isn't even in place. Maybe I need the try the extra-strength one they have or invent my own!

Changes habits you're not aware of
By SmilieVerified Purchaser from Aiken, SC on 3/27/2007
Pros:
Easy Storage, Lightweight, Safe
Cons:
Flimsy
Best Uses:
Teeth clenching
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

This product taught me to be more aware of how subconsciously my mind creates issues I'm not aware of. I'm more aware of closing lips and leaving space between my teeth, instead of clenching my teeth (even during the day). This wasn't as obvious before I began using this product.

Great!
By elizz from arlington, va on 3/13/2007
Pros:
Easy Storage, Lightweight, Safe, Sturdy
Best Uses:
Jaw pain
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

This thing is great. I have TMJ that is very painful and it is the cheapest thing that works.

It is really sturdy, but if you are a really bad clencher/grinder like me, you can bit through the material in about three months. Once you see the material you will see how unsual this is; I am just gald that I am not killing my teeth anymore.

Helps a lot with jaw pain, headaches, faceaches, earaches, and neck pain. It is a little hard to get used to at first, I think even more so if your jaw is really tight or if you clench badly, but the adjustment period is fast and it is so worth it.

Great product
By AllenVerified Reviewer from charlton, MA on 3/7/2007
Pros:
Easy Storage, Lightweight, Safe, Sturdy
Best Uses:
Teeth clenching
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

It's unobtrusive in the mouth because of the minimal bulk except at the molars, where it prevents teeth clenching. It's nicely adjustable, so there is no size problem. It's small, so easy to store at any convenient location. It's durable (though after several months of consistent grinding I am finally wearing through the bite surface). It stays in place (no danger of swallowing). The sturdy material is reassuring.

Cons:

Comments about Splintek SleepRight No-Boil Dental Guard:

This mouthguard does the trick. It keeps me from biting and grinding my teeth at night. For the money, it's great. A guard purchased at the dentist's office would have cost five times what this product cost, and does the same thing.
