I have a pacemaker set to pulse of 80, monitor always reads 85 or 86. Blood pressure is never what the medical facilities measure, measures too high. Company is not available when I am home for assistance.

For the price, I am very dissappointed. Readings are inaccurate and a number of times it will error out so that I need to retake it.

This machine is not accurate. I have checked it against other machines and the Dr. and it always reads high. Had already thrown away packaging when I realized it didn't work right so can't return it.

These days you can carry your whole music collection anywhere with you. You can test your blood sugar with a tiny meter and a mere drop of blood. Why does a decent blood pressure monitor have to still involve bulky arm cuffs attached by cords to a bulky meter? At least this one has a storage case that is actually big enough and even has a handle.

Husband has high bld pressure. This monitor gave reading of very low pressure. I was very worried about my husbands health. Too low pressure you could be having a stroke. When it tightened up it never reached the 200 mark like in the doctors office that is why the pressure was so low. For the high price you would think it would be accurate. I had such high hopes for this product, and it let me down.

Just doesn't want to behave, constantly showing errors. The irregular heartbeat was never picked up. I did like the fact it has a larger cuff, but if it is not consistant the larger cuff is useless. I am returning it tomorrow.

After using this product to monitor my BP at home for the doctor we found it was reading significantly lower than my actual blood pressure. My blood pressure was 160/90 but the monitor said it was 85/61. I would not recommend this for patients on medicine for Hypertension using home monitoring to inform their doctor of the results.

Our family needed a larger cuff size. This model came with a standard cuff and a large cuff (fits up to 18.1 inches). The on-line description didn't list cuff sizes. Model was purchased in store after reading box and trying two other unacceptable models. It takes a few tries to know where the proper cuff position is for every person. Once that is figured out, no inflation problems and no errors in reading measurement. Large numbers easy to read and two person memory very helpful. This model is a little more expensive than some other monitors but it is definately worth it.

Works well most of time; times when it doesn't are not clear - may be due to arm position but that is not definitive. The values are easy to read and memory feature is sound. Helped me determine whether I could go off of anti-hypertenives medicine ( confirmed observations that no, I could not). It was able to quantify results.
