This sock is loose enough that my calves aren't squeezed or itchy, but they stay up. They are fluffy enough that they provide enough cushioning. I don't have diabetes, but I do need a good warm fluffy sock. These serve the purpose. Sometimes it is hard to find a good fitting sock for plus size calves.

I've looked everywhere for thick soft socks. These are exactly what I was looking for. Thick, soft, didn't shrink, top stays up. I'd want these socks even if I wasn't a diabetic.

Almost daily unless I'm going to town. The heels of the socks come up to my calves. I like the feel of them as soon as I put them on. I think I will ask for some for Christmas.

Please get these in black. I do not wear any other brand, they are so comfortable. the med ped brand does come in black, but these do not compare to pure care. Please get in black. Thank you

I've tried others before but their weave was thin and the socks were expensive. Purecare is comortable from top to bottom and plenty of cushion..and so inexpensive compared to others.
