I use the product as a low calorie "dessert". One Butter Toffee LIFESAVER after lunch or dinner (OK, maybe two), and I have satisfied my sweet tooth. My main complaint is that not all stores carry them. Stores always seem to have sugar free WERTHER ORIGINALS, but not the LIFESAVERS Butter Toffee --which to me tastes MUCH more like homemade caramels.
