I train in Karate, I injured both my knees and thought it was over. After rehab I bought two of these braces and I now train 6 days a week. There light weight, give greight support, and are at a good price for this type of brace. I've had them for 6 mounths and there still like new. If they ever do wear out I'll buy the same type again.
