Purchased this product due to severe neck, shoulder and spinal problems. It does a great job in getting rid of the pain in my neck and shoulders. I really like the heat that it has too. Between both the massage and the heat I feel much better in a very short time. Sometimes I'll fall asleep with it on it's so comfortable. For me, it doesn't lack anything.
