I have smoked for over 20 years, a pack or two a day. I have tried several times to quit, but never could. This product is a "miracle" for me. I have had no want for a smoke at all. I have been calm and have been sleeping excellent. This IS a great product! It does what it is supposed to do and is very easy to use. If you are COMMITED to quiting, this is the extra help you are looking for.

The Nicoderm CQ patch is a much better product than the store brand. The Nicoderm CQ patch sticks better to the skin. I have used the store brand in the past, and have always had to tape it to my skin with medical tape, otherwise it comes off. I will gladly pay the higher cost for Nicoderm CQ Patches.

I have tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING worked! Once I decided to pay [$] on patches, I was iffy. It's expensive, yes, but it's the ONLY thing that worked. I am so unbelievably impressed!

If you can find a place on your body you don't mind wearing electrical tape or medical tape you should give this method a try. I admit it's really helpful and has my body free of the need to smoke. It's just breaking the habit that needs work!
