I have found it to be effective with an upper denture. Most gums stick,making it harder to chew. I have only had a few problems with it sticking. If I had only one wish when it came to this gum,it would be to improve the sticking part to the plastic on the denture.With that the only words I could say would be"Absolutly the greatest help, if truley wanting to quit smoking"
