The good: The Walgreens nicotine lozenges are effective. I was chewing a can of dip every two days and smoking as well. The lozenge took care of both the nicotine requirement and the oral fixation associated with chewing, thus I had no desire to dip or smoke. The price is very good as well when compared to the name brand lozenge and especially when compared to tobacco product prices. The bad: Personally, the lozenges don't completely dissolve when used as directed (i.e. after 20-30 minutes) so I end up spitting out what is left after this time because of the chalky, bland taste. The mint flavor reminds me of the ultra cheap Freshmint toothpaste which isn't a good thing. Bottom-line: The Walgreens Nicotine lozenges may not taste too good but they helped me quit chewing and smoking at a very cost effective price point, therefore I highly recommend them.

You must be commited to quitting smoking. If you are not ready it will not work. I have been using this for two weeks now along with taking Chantix and the combination works better than anything I've tried before.
