They work great but it is difficult to stop the lozenges. I have been using them for 9 months now. I exercise, eat right, lost weight and feel great but eventually I need to get off the lozenges.

Tried the Original, Mint & new Cherry --- I really like the cherry best....... Commit subdues the urges & cravings better for me than the patch, gums or inhalers. 18 - 20 attempts over the last 25 years & I'm OFF SMOKES for 12 weeks now; The longest since I started at age 16. (51 Yrs a "Smoker")
