My husband had always snored so badly I'd wake up many times in the night and so would he. We tried other brands of snore strips seen in TV ads; once we found Breathe Right, though, the best result was finally found! He can feel the difference, and finally he can breath better - with very little snoring! When he does snore, it's very quietly. I can sleep all night, and so can he. I don't have to go to the couch anymore to get a decent night's rest - and he is much more rested in the a.m.!

These are the best brand of the non-snore strips that we have tried for my husband. The "spring"-style band has a lot to do with that. We have only tried the clear ones: I will pick up some more of these ASAP, as he is out of them. We have been using another brand we had on hand, but without the "spring band" it doesn't work as well.
