I use this product every night; I couldn't breathe without it. I tried the clear version of Breathe Right, and they just don't stick all night. If you sweat at night, you need tan Breathe Right.

These strips work the minute you put them on. I can breathe great all night and I never wake up with a stuffy nose or a headache. Migraine & headache sufferers should give these a try!!!!
