This product is very effective. I breathe better instantly through my nose and can then sleep through the night. It's great for people with stuffy noses due to colds or sinus trouble also. Just clean the bridge of your nose well and apply the strip. It's easy to remove in the morning. I use it every night and can not sleep well without it.

My whole family uses Breathe Right Strips. They work great if you apply them correctly. You must make sure your nose is free of any oil and very dry. A diagram comes in the box showing you how to place them on your nose. The key is to apply them to the part of the nose that allows the strip to open up the nasal cavity. The clear strips are great for sensitive skin as they come off easier. The regular tan ones stick so well I have to take them off in the shower under running water.

I use the name brand ones and figured I'd try these, they don't stick at all. They are completely useless.
