This product was recommended by a friend who uses homeopathic remedies. I tried it for a bachache and I was impressed by its effectiveness. I believe it works better than creams that contain the same ingredient, capsicum.

I recommend this patch to everyone! I have lower back problems and sciatica. I play lots of tennis. With this patch, I have the constant warmth, the flexibility it gives and the ease of motion I need to play competitively. I cut the patch to fit the specific areas on my back and spine to give warmth where it is needed. There is no odor, unlike what you get with the smaller standard brand Salon Pas. It is reasonably priced. My only issue is it sometimes sticks to itself and becomes useless when trying to patch yourself on the back! (pun intended)

These are the best! They get really hot, no smell, no mess! These are the only patches that I have found that really work..and they work for a long time! Great price, large size, stick in place well. Love these patches!!!!

Degenerative Disk in my spine have required spinal fusion surgery. THIS PRODUCT and nothing else has made it bearable. The only pain relief I get is from these patches, so when they are on sale, I buy all of them. Now they limit me to 10 so others can buy them also. Even when not on sale, they are a great bargain at any price.

I broke my back when i was 28. I fell just over 40 feet. I have tried everything non addictive out there. With this patch I have found relief. More so than any pill, or smelly cream, or ice/ heat treatment regimen. This patch I can wear to work, I can wear to the gym, I can wear to sleep. It is odorless and not as strong as the capsacian cream that gets everywhere Also, this one just treats the area you put it on. My kitty cats cant get it on their fur, I cant rub it in my eye, etc... An excellent product.

the product gets very hot but you feel your pain melting away..and then you are back to normal! this product is better than icy hot or any other heat patches out there, and its cheap! but it works!!

I have suffered low back pain for years and have tried almost everything. Then I tried Salon-pas and it works 10 times better than any topical analgesic rub. This is a super product!
