Any parent knows that these bulb syringes do little more than make babies scream. As a mother of 4, I've tried them all and for the nose, you need to go with a product called Nosefrida. I haven't found anything better for the ears though, so don't throw your bulb away.

I had some trouble with this product with my older infant daughter. However with my newborn son it works well. I find it is easier to use with smaller babies because they don't mind it so much. But with my daughter she fights it so it falls apart....The one we had from the hospital was great....and I asked the doctor and sure enough they keep them in stock at our Peds office and you can get them on the maternity floor at our hospital. So if yours gets lost or worn just check into those two places....

I got several different nasal aspirators and this is the ONLY one that i have found that works. the others would not even suck water out of a dish. this one has great suction and really works unlike several others i have tried.

This one does not work well. Bulb come off when you are trying to use it to suction out nasal passages. Unfortunately we lost the one they give you at the hospital when you take home baby, but that was the best one!

I bought this at the local Walmart and it works great for cleaning out my granddaughters' nose since she is too little to blow her nose.
I have not used the ear syringe part of it so I can't rate that.
