This product was given away. All it does is different vibrating., it is loud. The chair is comfortable and it is sleek and nice looking. I guess for the price I would exspect it to work very well. It was given to someone that can not have a deep massage. This chair is not a deep massage chair and I would rather pay [$] an hour for a real massage.

I work with horses all day..I can say that is best gift I got for my mothers day.
I go and sit there religiously...That I fall asleep..I can bare being without it.
That is first thing I DO when I get home..Sit on my hair no more lazy boy for me..
