I love this Massager. It really relieves the pain in my shoulders. I love the option to use the infered heat and I like the four head moassager to cover a larger area. The only problem I had was that it broke after opnly a week of use. I had to sendikt back and that wasnt easy.I wil;l buy it again even if they dont replace it.

I have started to use this product within a month. I have found this product shut off by itself in 20 mins. I will need to contact the company to find out. Normal or defected.

bought for my husband because of having shoulder surgeries and it quit 2 months after i bought it. used it daily to help loosen up muscles. spent that much on it should work forever.
