Went shopping while hungry and purchased these bars because it was a 2fer--vanilla latte and highrise. It is flavorful, but too sweet for my taste and then I looked at the salt content. Not completely satisfied with the numbers on both of these--14 on sugar and 110 on salt. I'll save these for special treat day when I'm in need of a boost.

Will recommend this item with a caveat.

I "discovered" these delicious treats about a year ago. [...] These great bars come in different flavors, but my favorite is Chocolate Mocha. I use them for a breakfast substitute on my early Saturday morning garage sale jaunts. Try them - they're great!!

A friend offered this as a mid-morning snack.
I immediately fell for it, especially that it's not too sweet. Comparing this to other highly promoted and popular brands, this far met my expectation. I have made this my daily snack.
