I lived in Hawaii for 4 years and got hooked on ginger - these are the best gingersnap type cookie I have eaten - about 16 to the pack - about 2 servings if you are a cooie lover - they are small and thin but the taste is OOH SO GOOD!!

These cookies are amazing. So thin and crunchy! They are the most amazing complement that a glass of cold milk can have. Also try their sister, the Almond Cinnamon ones.

I am from a whole family of ginger snap lovers. We are very particular. These ginger thins met the taste and health requiremet for the whole family. My husband and I are health conscious. The children are snackers. We also have cookie monsters in the house. We can't keep enough of them on hand. I wish they came in larger packs.
Trying serving them on a platter with whipped cream cheese. ummm.......

Trying to be health conscious, ginger snaps were listed as a good low-fat snack. Some are so hard but these were wafer thin, not overly gingery you could eat a whole pack...
