I have to agree with a previous poster in that I, too, have used just about every brand of sports tape (I do karate), and this is the best. It's the only one that is sturdy AND easy to tear by hand AND not gummy. The only reason I've used any other kind is because this one is getting tough to find. I'm stocking up.

Great Tape for Sports injuries and injury/Prevention. Holds tight with the right amount of give. Won't rip the hairs off your body where it is used. and easy to tear or cut. Have tried a lot of different tape. This is the best.

This is great! I wrap it around my wrists before every practice never had any wrist problems its great, perfect for any body who works with they're wrists, or puts a heavy strain on they're ankles
