I wasn't sure about how effective it really would be. I haven't done deep knee bends without the consequence of intense swelling in years. After several exercise sessions (deep knee bends included) and spending a long night out dancing, there was absolutely no swelling. The pain that accompanies a difficult workout was significantly reduced. I love this product. I just wish the color was different - black would be nice.

I would like to thank the other reviewer who recommended this to anyone who is too young for a knee replacement as that is how I made my final decision on this product from the ones I had narrowed down and it DOES really work! I noticed an incredible difference.

This is the most comfortable knee strap support that I have ever worn. I have tried many brands and shapes since 1988 when I permanently injured my knee.

I'm only 29 and my doctor told me I have degenerative cartlridge in my knee and i am to young for knee replacement surgery at this time. So instead of dealing with the pain of walking around i purchased this strap to give me extra support in my knee. This strap really works and gives me the support I need. It isnt bulky and is easy to put on. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants support in their knee who is to young for knee replacement surgery.
