I've been living with moderate acne for 15 years and out of all the products on the market, both OTC & prescription, I can easily say this product is well worth the money. My acne is the kind that starts very, very deep under the skin and by the time it reaches the surface (which can take up to 2 weeks) is incredibly inflammed and swollen. Using Zeno when I first feel the pressure building keeps the swelling from occuring. In fact, the cystic pimple usually turns into a small whitehead within 2-3 days. That's AWESOME when you're accustom to a knot growing under your skin for more than a week!
It has only been about a week since I started using Zeno, but I have seen more positive changes in my complexion in the past week with Zeno than in the past 6 months with meds prescribed by my doctor!

I saw results the first time I used zeno. It was completely amazing! You have to get the pimple right away, like the first day and the sooner the better. Otherwise, it will just come to a white head sooner.

i'm stunned. in just a couple days i have seen more results from zeno than my regular topical acne regimen that tended to dry out the skin all over my face, when my problem areas were only around my jawbone. the best part is no zits, clear skin, and no peeling skin.

I am in my early twenties, and have tried almost everything to try to get rid of my acne, but I have never found a consistent solution. When I saw this product, I figured I'd give it a try, as the reviews were pretty good.
Bottom line is that it does not work. The Zeno would either do absolutely nothing to the pimple, or it would quickly form into a whitehead. Plus, it leaves a bright red mark after using it, which lasts up to a couple hours. I followed the instructions exactly....yet even after 2-4 treatments spread out over a couple days, the newly-forming pimples did not get any better. I do not recommend this product.

My dr. first suggested zeno because I had a couple of stubborn breakouts that would not go away. I'd tried every blemish product known to man. Laser treatments weren't an option for me because they were too expensive and cortisone shots hurt (yes, I'm a wimp!). I even (out of desperation) tried a hot washcloth, which felt good but it did absolutely nothing for my skin.
The first day I used Zeno two times on two big blemishes, and for the full 2 1/2 minutes each. It tingled, but did not burn or hurt in any way. When I went to bed that night I thought "okay, the two spots look much better, but they are not completely gone". The swelling had improved dramatically though.
The next day, however, I noticed quite a dramatic change. The two blemishes had disappeared. My chin cleared up and my face was again smooth. I did not even need to even put on concealer (which I can’t live without) because there was no scarring. Zeno has been awesome for me and I will definitely keep using it.

Been using this for a while. It works effectively on newly formed pimples, so they don't end up getting bigger and damaging the skin. I have had a much higher success rate in getting rid of pimples with zeno than anything else I have tried. It zaps them away by the next day and it doesn't create a mess on my face or dry out my skin like a lot of creams. A+ dermatologist recommended product that is for sure a keeper!

As a brand new ZENO owner, I had my first zit-zapping experience this morning. As I placed the ZENO tip to the engorged pore on my face and felt the soothing heat radiate through my skin, I felt nothing but excitement. The pain has already decreased and I am looking forward to my next zit-zapping experience in 6 hours. I would recommend this product to everyone.

My son started using the Zeno and his skin cleared up immediately. He loves to Zap his Zits and see the quick results. The cost of the refills is nothing compared to the cost of a dermatology appointment. And the fact that is can be recharged is perfect for a teenage boy who forgets to take care of it when his skin is clear.
I love it too. When I have the occasional break out, I use the Zeno and my skin clears up right away.
I have purchased the Zeno for all my nieces (9 of them) and they love it!

Where do I even begin! This is the best invention I have ever seen! Where was this device when i was in High School?!? At first I didn't think it would work, why would this little machine heat up enough to kill the bacteria, but it did. The first pimple that started to come up was up for the challenge, I followed the directions and the pimple was gone in less than a day. I started using it on black head and cystic acne and was surprised to see how well it worked on them. I recommended Zeno to all my family, friends, and co-workers. They love it!

Just an absolute a miracle! I just got my Zeno and I excitedly waited to use it on my first new pimple. I read every review I could get my hands on and every page of the manual, then zapped away! I'm so excited that I have to repeat what other helpful reviewers are saying and that is that this product is GREAT! I didn't believe that any product could make a pimple go away within 24 hours, but it did. I have an important dinner to go to this weekend and Zeno has really saved me. You have given me new confidence Zeno. Thank you!
I did notice "patterns" with negative reviews, but I'm glad I ignored them and bought it anyway. Now that I have used Zeno, I wouldn't give any credibility to it. Unfortunately, when there is a great product on the market, there is always someone trying to discredit it. It's so sad. But, I wouldn't change a thing! Zeno really does ROCK! It is comforting to know that I can successfully now get rid of a pimple that forms on my face, within 24 hours. Thank you, thank you, thank you Zeno!!! Yes, I would DEFINITELY recommend Zeno to others again and again and again!

Unbelievable! How many defective units do I have to buy in order to finally get one that works??? I've purchased a unit, didn't charge. So, I exchanged it. This one won't charge either? Am I missing something. What are the odds that every unit [...] is defective? Maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't waste my money on something that doesn't work anyway.
This thing really does work. when I have a huge zit that I need to get rid of, I use zeno and it is gone within the week! I love mine. I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use because the tips are expensive but it works! If you suffer from zits you can't get rid of, buy this!

I am in my early 40’s and I unfortunately still acne, specifically cystic acne. Some friends of mine recommended trying the zeno, but I was very skeptical. Every month I get 2 or 3 of these types of pimples, which usually leave a scar and don’t really cover up with make-up, plus they hurt really badly. I don’t even like to leave the house because I get so embarrassed! When you get pimples that big, you feel like the whole world is looking at you or “it”. I know it sounds pathetic! But, I’ve tried every topical out there. I have spent so many dollars on acne products and acne diets. You name it, I have tried it…every cream, gel, lotion, ointment, mask, toner, astringent, etc. I have even read acne books too. I thought it was my diet, but I drink lots of water and I eat very healthy. I wash my face 2-3 times a day. You name it I have thought of it. I also get pimples where my bra straps hit from where the sweat accumulates on a normal day and also from exercise. So, yes I bought the zeno for cystic acne (even though it says it is not for that type of pimple). But, I was curious about whether or not it would work on the pimples where my bra straps hit too…I didn’t think it would hurt anything since I could return zeno within 30 days if it didn’t work. What else did I have to lose? I read many reviews on zeno, and then decided to take the “plunge”.
When I first got my zeno, I followed every instruction. Charge it for the first six hours, then use it on acne that is not at the surface already but acne that you can feel coming on. I tested it by using it on one blemish and not on another. I know it says to use it on the face, but I started with the pimples I get along the bra strap area. The one I used the zeno on cleared up faster--gone by up the next day. I was amazed! I was getting hopeful for the cystic ones on my face. Then, when the first really deep cystic pimple started to appear on my chin I got excited instead of depressed—that was a first! It was one just like the others I’ve had where it takes about 2 weeks to disappear, is painful, scabs, and won’t cover up with even the best concealer and if you pick it takes even longer to go away. Please don’t pick! I kept the zeno on the “monster” for the entire two and a half minute treatment like you are supposed to. When I pulled the zeno away from "it", I was ecstatic! The painful swelling was immediately reduced and the “monster” was not nearly as big. I used the zeno twice on "it" the first morning (and once more later that day). The pain subsided and within hours it is clearing up. I used it a total of 4 times (one more time the next morning, just to be sure), but within a day or so there was no trace left of the “monster” and best of all, no scarring. Each time it is different, I have learned that some may take fewer treatments and others may take more treatments, but IT WORKS! I’m so happy! There is something that works out there and I finally found it! It uses heat to tear down the pimple, but nothing too uncomfortable. Sometimes it leaves a brief redness, but it doesn’t last long -- maybe 15 minutes, tops, if it happens at all. I do recommend cleaning the device with an alcohol pad after each use just to be safe. Of course, I still always wash my face 2 or 3 times a day, but when I feel anything coming on I now only use my zeno. I am not embarrassed to leave the house anymore!

I thought I had finally found a product that would really work on that occasional stubborn pimple that would pop up at what seemed to be the worst time. Once again...disapointed. I was excited that the product was easy to use and promised fast results. I have a regular skin care routine and always seem to have a pimple that will pop up when I least expect it. The side effects that they stated were no problem. The redness from the treatment went away very quickly and I didn't have any problems with dry patches or itching. Be sure to save the packaging and receipt just incase it doesn't work for you, you have a 30 day money back guarantee.
I would buy this product again and again! Used as directed, it is a miracle worker. I used it on new pimples and the next day--GONE! For the pimples I already had when I got my Zeno, it even cut the healing time in half (if the pimple is extra large, you might want to zap a few more times). I am definitely sold. However, I would advise taking the time to read the manual and using the full 30 days (under the no hastle return policy) to learn how to effectively use it. To get the right results, you have to use it properly.

I think this is a great product! I was skeptical but have found Zeno to be extremely beneficial when I first notice an outbreak appearing on my face. As long as I am diligent and use it the recommended 3x within a 24hr. period to treat the area, I have had great results! The only downsize to this product is the three minutes it takes to treat the area each time, otherwise, no complaints!

I was very skeptical about this item. I am a 34 year old male who has had mild acne my whole life. Most people never noticed but it is because I never left the house if it was very severe. I have tried everything. I have spent so many dollars on acne products and believed one recent "acne kit" worked but the acne was still there. I must have tried every brand out there. Every cream, gel, lotion, ointment, mask, toner, astringent, etc. I thought it was the way I ate but I drink a ton of water and never touch fast food. I then though maybe it was because I was over washing. You name it I have thought of it. I bought this after I have had a few zits that would not clear up. Nobody likes to talk or even read about zits/acne but it is a problem for some of us. It literally kept me from going out. I recently had a huge one on my cheek, the kind you can feel and it is still healing. I received the ZENO 90 last week. I charged it for the first six hours and it states to use it on acne that is not at the surface already but acne that you can feel coming on. I had a few small ones and tried it on those and they went away. Still skeptical because they were not big and never hit the surface so how was I to know it was the ZENO or not. Then tonight I got a really big one next to the old one on my cheek. I got depressed. I know it is pathetic. I knew this was one that was going to be huge. It was one like the others I have had. You cannot help but pick at it and it takes weeks to go away. Scabs up and bleeds, no make up will cover it. Since it was so deep I truly did not think the ZENO would get it. I could literally feel pain on my cheek that is how bad this new acne was. I used the ZENO twice on it tonight and I cannot even feel the acne pain anymore and within hours it is clearing up! I did not believe it would work until I tried it tonight. I almost want to cry. This little device is giving me part of my life back. I was so embarrassed at some of my recent acne I could not bare to face people. What this thing did tonight proved it works on even the most deep seeded acne that will take weeks to clear. As far as treatments they are not bad at all. They have some heat but nothing too uncomfortable. I truly think it is the acne that you apply it to that can cause the most pain not the device. I also clean the device with an alcohol pad after each use just to be safe. I cannot say enough about this product. I was very skeptical but after tonight, I am a believer and will never use anything else besides this. Of course I will still wash my face with a cleanser but if I feel anything coming on, I am using my ZENO. It rocks!

I bought a Zeno for my daughter and she loves it. I debated if it was worth the cost, when I found out they had a money back guarantee, I thought why not? It really does work, not a miracle worker, but did clear them up faster. What's funny, I caught her older brother using it the other night!
Zeno works just like it says. It is totally awesome. You use it for 2+ minutes on each pimple. After zapping with zeno, my pimples are gone within a day. I zap a few more times on the big pimples. It is the "cure", baby! I'm embarassed to say, when I first got the Zeno, I didn't realize you had to hit the timer button to start the time. It would just turn off after a matter of maybe 30 seconds and I was like "what the heck"? Just make sure you hit the timer to actually start the treatment. The tips last a long time too.

My husband bought this for me last year because I wanted it. I was actually waiting to get a pimple to use this gadget and it worked for about the first 5 times and then it didn't do anything for my pimples after that. I even spent another [$]to buy a new tip and it didn't even work. I just didn't get hot at all and it was fully charged. And yes, it turned my pimples into hard whiteheads. Not worth the money at all!

I definitely had some reservations about this newest gadget's effectiveness ... But THIS THING WORKS! Works best at the first sign of a pimple (bump appears w/some tenderness) -- less effective once pustule forms. Feels like pinprick during 2-1/2 min. use cycle but bearable. They recommend applying 3x over 24 hours (which would leave you with 20 pimple treatments per 60-use head) but I found if you get it at early stage, 1 or 2 treatments is enough.

well, i've tried zeno for a while now, and my pimples have just continued coming and turning into whiteheads....
I just bought the Zeno product the other day and I used it before I went to bed, and when I woke up the areas that I used it on were smoother and less red. When you use it on some sensitive areas it can feel like a hot poker on your face, but the effects are worth going through the pain. The thing that sucks about the Zeno is the fact that you have to buy a $25-35 cartridge when the one that comes with it runs out. That's my only complaint. It's a great product, I recommend to everyone.
Could not believe that this actually worked, but it did indeed !
I had an appointment at the dermatoligist to see what I could do about my acne, but once I used the Zeno my face was much clearer and there was no need to see the doctor.

I just purchased zeno yesterday and I am impressed. I struggle with acne and wrinkles at 38 years old. It's very embarassing at this age to have break-outs like a teen. I tried it on a whitehead and it cut the healing time in half.

I started breaking out a lot this year and Zeno helps quicken the recovery of my acne. Within one day to two days, my zits really do go away! Obviously, Zeno doesn't help stop me from getting acne but it certainly does help it go away faster. Initially the spots where I treat, make my skin get red spots for little while but the more I've used it, my skin has gotten used to it and barely turns red or pink.
I just saw Zeno in my dr's office. After trying it, amazingly, it works like it says. It has saved me time and money in dr's visits. No more cortisone shots. It's like a magic wand! I'm so happy to finally have something I can use at home (that works fast) instead of having to wait until my doctor can fit me in between appointments. Everything else I tried was money flushed down the drain. This is about as close to a miracle product as a person can get. It is expensive but worth it.
I just acquired my ZENO a little over a week ago and I immediately began using it on an existing outbreak to accelerate the healing.
Later in the week, while driving out of town, I began to experience the irritation of another outbreak, so I immediately began treatment with the ZENO.
In the past, when I've been under considerable stress, I succumbed to outbreaks on my face --- a very embarassing experience (I might add). This time, by taking a proactive approach in treating the new areas with the ZENO, I avoided the appearance of an additional outbreak.

This was the worst acne product that I have ever use. It did nothing it stated it would do. If fact it increase my acne instead of making it disappear. I think that Zeno was a total waste of money.

I am 13 years old. Zeno is one of the best acne
removers in the world!! It is easy to do and it
is portable. You can put it in your pocket,
purse, or backpack. All you need to do is wait
for the green light to turn on, put it on the
pimple for 2 1/2 minutes and your done. I use
it and trust me, it works.

My husband and I have been the owners of a spa for skincare and body wellness for over 5 years. I have carried Zeno in my spa for a little over a year now. I only carry products that I believe in and my customers are a positive confirmation of that. In other words, I only carry products that show consistent positive results and Zeno is one of them. Hands down, Zeno is by far my best selling product for blemishes.
Zeno works best on new pimples that have just presented (you can use it over makeup). After a single two and a half minute application, it reduces the inflammation of the pimple immediately and the pimple usually disappears no later than the next day (it is best to remember that not all "bumps" on your skin are necessarily a pimple). Typically, my spa clients utilize 1-3 treatments for the blemish to disappear completely, but this all depends on the size of the blemish. We see well over 2,000 patients a year and the only side effect is some slight redness encircling the treated area, which usually lasts for only a few minutes. Zeno is very "soothing". Even on old pimples, it reduces the healing time. However, I do not recommend it to my clients with severe acne or true cystic acne (the kind that has been diagnosed by a physician, although it has worked for some).
I also carry Arbonne Products in my spa. A lot of my clients use the Arbonne Skin Care Regimen in combination with the Zeno and they have found it to be very effective. Neither product uses any chemicals, so there is no resulting itchiness or flaking of the skin.

Zeno didn't work much for me. All it did was irritate my skin, causing painful red blistering sores. The zit itself would fade a little, but I had these horrible sores all over. I would have rather kept the zits! Not recommended.
I bought zeno for a 30 day trial, used it daily for a month and saw no results other than irritated skin.
i have used this product for a while. works like it says it should. u can't use it on an old pimple. be realistic people. 2 days can not give you a good assessment of this product. it works very well, better than other pimple stuff on the market, prescription or not. i see zeno everywhere now, even in my dr. office. definitely a good investment for pimples. it works fast too. the heat gets rid of my pimples usually the same day. sometimes i get a temporary redness, but it is gone w/i minutes. basic science. too cool. good value for the $. it actually works. i would not use in combo w/any medicine or lotion that dries skin though.

It doesn't matter how strict my skincare regimen is, I always worry about flare ups which start with soreness under my skin. Then, the soreness becomes a lump which gets swollen and red. The week that follows is always hell. The Zeno is designed for this type of skin problem. I'm a skeptical person, but also optimistic, so I had to try it for myself. Although it seemed expensive at first, it really does work. I've recently treated two spots. If I'd left them unattended they would have gotten really bad. It took several treatments each, but right away I noticed the pain and pressure were subsiding. I'm very pleased with my Zeno, however I use it frequently and will need to buy refill cartridges often. But can you put a price on confidence?
It works so good i wish i had 50. I know that it is expensive but it is definetly worth the money.

i bought this item 2 days ago and followed directions exactly on the box and the following day all it did was irratate my skin and make it even worse. it also left some red marks from the zeno.
so the best thing out their for ppl that need it is just to go to the doctor or something cause there is no such thing as a quick cure for acne!!!

I love this product. I don't get "normal" pimples. They turn into ugly, red, sore, and puffy bumps that end up scabbing over. I know...yuck. Zeno, even after the pimple has gotten red and sore, will take the pain, redness, and swelling away. Yes, it is a lot to pay if you aren't sure if it will work for you but it is a great product.

I was skeptical at first but after reading reviews and speaking with the Zeno company I decided to try it. It worked great! I only get the occasional pimple and the first one I got I used Zeno as soon as I felt it coming. I did 3 treatments and the pimple was gone! Even after the 1st treatment a lot of the redness went away. The heat felt very soothing!
I am a teenager who has used Zeno for the last 6 months. Let me tell you, the heat feels really nice on your skin, and I have sensitive skin. Zeno has worked on all my pimples. I can't tell enough of my friends to buy this product, which they have (I have the pink Zeno, but some of my friends have the teal--way cool colors).
My mom took me to the dermatologist because nothing I tried was working and he first told me about Zeno. My mom said it was ok for me to try it, since our doctor recommended it and it is safe (she bought one for herself too after seeing the results--that was because she was always borrowing mine!). Zeno is so cool. It only takes two and a half minutes to "zap" a pimple. I definitely recommend to buy this product. I have yet to find a person or pimple that Zeno does not work on. I'm still amazed! The tips last a long time too (I just bought my first tip).
Zeno has changed my life for the better (I have a new boyfriend now :)). He always tells me how pretty I look (thanks to Zeno I can now smile, instead of hide behind make-up!).

I did not like ZENO, for several reasons. It hurt really bad and my pimple got worse. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Kids its not good for your face. Listen to me. YOU WONT BE SORRY.

Cool Idea! Zeno uses pure "heat" to kill the bacteria that causes pimples. Exciting to me rather than the normal "XYZ" creams that dry out your face, but still leave the pimple and facial irritation. My expectations were realistic...I didn't run home and use Zeno on an old zit on my face because the damage is already done (the instructions say to wait until a new pimple emerges). During the day, I "zapped" the first new zit that emerged (I know it really sounds gross) and now the zit is gone! I don't normally write reviews, but then I don't normally come across such a neat product like this everyday.

Well I was really excited with all the wonderful reviews I read about Zeno, so I went to [...] and bought one there. I charged it up for the six hours and done one treatment each zit I had (3). I read the manual fully and understood every word. It said usually one treatment took care of the zit. I did one treatment at 8 pm and set my alarm for 2 am to do another on each pimple. Woke up the next morning and it was still there. Now it was full of pus, meaning it had a really big white head. I guess Zeno just ended up shortening the healing time. I was hoping for an alternative to the dry, horrible look of a zit when you use the product with saylcic acid (spelling wrong) and benzoyl proxide. It dried up the pimple, which I found to make it look worse, especially when you wear makeup. Others who wrote had such great experiences, so maybes it's just my skin that it didn't work on. I have pretty normal skin, not ever dry and not oily. [...]

My Zeno has saved my life many times over the past year. This product has made my pimples go away for the most important functions I have had to go to such has weddings, showers, my 10 year reunion and even dates! I keep my Zeno in my hand bag so when ever I feel something on my face I zap it right away. This is by far way cool!
I occasionally break out but when I do I break out it's with a few at a time. Now that I am using the Zeno it clears up the pimples fast, I see results in two days, not like topical products that take about 6-8wks to see any improvement. It doesn't make my skin peel or leave a greasy feeling.
Zeno was first recommended to me by my dermatologist. I have mild to moderate acne. She said to use it as soon as I see or feel the pimple emerge for the entire 2 1/2 minute treatment, and not to pick the pimple. I was intrigued. It is quite an interesting gadget and definitely very different from any other acne product that I have tried before. I have tried many different acne products and creams, but none seem to work and I end up with flakey, dry, irritated skin that is patchy and difficult to cover up with make-up. I had one cystic acne breakout that was so bad, I eventually resorted to antibiotics that didn't work either. I'm really glad that I tried Zeno because it has given me clear skin and a new life! It doesn't work on blackheads, but it doesn't claim to. However, I have found it to be extremely effective for any other type of pimples I have had. It works great when I use it in combination with my daily skin care, Clinique. The only advice I can give is that it may require a few more treatments on your really, huge pimples, but it is better than the alternative which usually results in scarring down the road. Most of my pimples are gone the same day, or within 24 hours at most for the really big ones. I now have clear skin for the first time ever and Zeno has actually saved me money because of fewer trips to the dermatologist. Oh, yeah, one more thing is that it may leave a temporary redness around the treated area, but it goes away within 15 minutes and it is safe. I just can't say how much I love my Zeno!

Got acne at age 27, and have tried almost every product. Loved the reviews Zeno got, and thought: "Why not give it a shot?" After all, it came with a 30 day money back guarantee, and I was told by the sales associate that she has "yet" to have had any returns. I found that comforting and hopeful, and figured with it's price tag it'll work for me. I tried the product for 18 days and followed the directions, and have already gone through 2 of the treatment cartridges, to my dismay...Zeno didn't work for me at all :-( On a positive note, the heat feels good on the pimple. May work for others, but not on me.
I am a 50 year old woman who does not have an acne problem per say, but I do get the occasional hormonal type of pimple. My daughter wanted to try this product and although I was at best skeptical, but agreed to try the product. I used the Zeno at night & fully expected to still see the pimple the next morning. To my surprise it was gone! I am a BELIEVER!

Definately not worth the money. This product did nothing to help with my moderate acne. Not only did it feel like someone was putting out a cigarette on my skin, but the cartridge ran out in a week with NO improvement to my skin. I am going to return it as soon as possible. Save yourself the time and money.

I too have been a frustrated teenager dealing with mild acne. Like others, I was excited to hear about such a cool product. When I tried it, I was so relieved to find out that there was finally an acne product that worked! It didn't dry out my skin. It didn't irritate my skin. I used it at night when the pimple first formed for the entire 2 1/2 minutes as directed (it's really easy, there is a timer button that times everything for you and beeps every 30 seconds to let you know it's working). When I woke up in the morning, the pimple was gone! I am very happy with the results. I am going to let all my friends know about this amazing product. I highly recommend this product. It is effective and worth the money. As a teenager, it has really helped my self esteem and social life.

I bought this product to replace my topical acne medication because my insurrance no longer covers it. Althoguh it does work, it takes several cycles. One or two will stop it from getting worse and somewhat clear it up, depending on the pimple. If you have a lot of acne, it is probably too expensive to continuously replace the head because of the amount of cycles required. If you have only a few, it is a great product. Also, it is not painful and is easy to use.
