This flat iron is absolutely excellent for those with thin hair like mines. It heats up instantly, smoothly straightens curly and frizzy hair in no time. The only problem I had was that the straightener can easily crack if dropped on the floor and can stop working. Other than that, it does the job!

This is a good iron for the money, but i'm going to get a better one like a chi or a solia. This iron works but not very well and it snags hair. I have straight hair and this made it straighter. It's okay but not comparable to the chi. I would recommend it to people with straight hair. Will definetely NOT work on very thick curls.

I bought this falt iron to use on my 11 year old daughter's hair and it works great! I've been using it for 2 years now! But one other person says there's a gap that catches your hair and tears it a little. That is true, but it's not too bad.

This straightner does not even hold my hair. And trust me it isn't thick by any means. But it takes to long to go through a section of my hair. After 5 swipes through one section and with it still not being straight I just gave up. I really do not like this product.

I bought this several years ago after my hairstylist straightened my hair for me and I loved the results. I've tried using this iron many times, and it just isn't the right product for me. I have naturally curly, thick hair. This iron always takes forever to iron out my curls, and my hair gets stuck between the plates, as many other reviewers have mentioned. It doesn't really glide over my hair, and because of the thin width, it takes a very long time to finish straightening. If you don't have fairly long curly hair, it might work better, but I need something different!

This flat iron is not for long,poofy,hair but it is good for fine,short,hair. This flat iron is cheap probably because it does not give you the glossy look and it gives you split ends. If you have long hair and you bought this product just recently,you better return it.

This product is great but it damages your hair. I have the thickest and curliest hair in the world and after 1 hour it is very very straight. The bad thing is that it only lasts for 1 day.

k i have very thick curly hair. and i could never find a straightener that worked good. i found this one from a totaly different store and it worked perfect! it heated up quicker than a chi, which my friend had and hers made my hair stink and took forever to straighten! but now my sister has it, so im looking for another one.

I first bought this iron about 2 years ago, and I used it every day. One day, it just stopped working - the light would come on, but it would not heat up at all. So, when I went to replace it, I liked the iron so much due to its compact size and the high heat capabilities that I bought another one. Well, the 2nd one just stopped working on me today. I've had it for about 4 months now, and I use it every day, but this seems like a blatant manufacturer's ploy to get you to replace the thing every few months. Not worth it! I'll switch brands this time (AND keep my receipt!).

I bought this at [...] and it was cheap. It doesn't work well on my hair. I have thick hair and I have to go over and over a lot over one piece of hair! It takes a while to heat up and I need it to be hotter. It also doesn't last long I used it and like a half hour later it was wavy. I think that it was a waste of money..
