First off let start by sayin that i had really bad acne.I tryed this and it worked for about maybe a week..after that it stopped workin.The face wash was okay,the day time lotion was greasy,made my face look oily..and the night time lotion made my face itch and red all over..

I saw this commercial while watching tv one day and when I heard that it worked better and faster than proactiv I had to get it. So within my first use of this product I noticed a really huge difference in my skin. Not only did my acne breakouts reduce but my skin felt so much smoother and softer. I highly recommend this product no matter what type of acne or stress breakouts you have.This product is totally worth it so give it a try. The night lotion really does dry ur skin but within a couple of weeks it gets used to it...

I had bad acne and it treated it very well i have no acne anymore but i still use the product. I had oily skin and it helped that a bit too.

After first use, my skin looked slightly clearer, but as time progressed, it proved to be ineffective. After using the cleanser, my face looked even more red, maybe its because i'm washing my face too hard? My T-zone came out oily and my chin was flaking and really dry. I've been using this for almost two months now and I'm looking for a new product.

i have normal skin that doesnt always get acne but one day i got a pimple and it wouldnt go away so i got this product and its been two weeks and my face has even more pimples and blackheads!
p.s. it never really felt like it was working in the first place

This product will help "mild" acne. I have a lot of stress acne and cystic acne. It immediately reduced redness on all my pimples, it cleared up the white heads, but the cystic acne and the old cystic acne would not clear up. The mask at night is lovely! I love it more than the cleanser, if you feel a pimple coming on, put this stuff on the area, and the pimple will NOT BREAK THROUGH THE SKIN. Overall its good, but I need something stronger :(

I was looking for a acne kit that would work fast and was also something I could buy in the store. Since Neutrogena was the first brand I used for my acne I trust them. I used the product for 3 weeks and my skin was clear and smoother.

This stuff work pretty fast. as soon as i bought it, i came home and used. i felt it already working as soon as i put it on my face. by the next day, most of my acne i had for three years disappeared. well now all my acne is gone, except i have a couple of acne scars but i think this will take care of it. This stuff is AWESOME!!!

You know after you wash your face you are supposed to use an over the counter moisterizer for your face. everyones skin is different, and have used neutrogena before , so i trust it

I have tried Pro Active and medicines from doctors but nothing has worked like this product. I have been using it for months now and I cant believe the results. I am a 23 year old female so I do wear make up (only talc free make up!! it doesnt make me break out!!). I use make up remover cloths then I wash my face and use either they day or night cream. The night cream CAN dry out your face but I learned you only put it where you need it! I break out mostly on my cheeks so i put it there. Also my cousin cannot use this product b/c she has a bad reaction to one of the ingrediants. So if this isnt working for you that may be the reason, check the ingrediats. It is the best product ever!! I have had acne since i was about 13 years old It was terrible!! Now I see pictures of myself and I look great!! I dont even think about my skin when I am around other people anymore b/c I know it looks great!! I do get a pimple once in a while (i am a girl so i do pms! lol) but they arent that big of a deal and they go away much faster!! A tip for other girls as well, use the talc free make up, i NEVER break out from it!! Even the liquid foundation. All in all this product is AMAZING!!

this product is absolutely the worst thing to use for pimples! the first time I used this, it STUNG like crazy!! after a while I got used to it, but my pimples never went away. in fact, my acne got WORSE!! I now have whiteheads everywhere and it really stinks.

Well I tried this product 4 days ago and it seemed pretty good but it didn't really have an effect on my pimples. The next day i used it and it was ok but now I think I've noticed that for me it didnt make my pimples smaller or dissapear it actually made me break out more! I DO NOT recommend this product you should not buy it it doesn't really work.

All of our skin is different, but for me this product couldn't be used to the full potential because it dried out my skin and irritated it to where it looked as if I had a sunburn. I use it once or twice a week, but feel as if it could have benefited me more. I also have used ProActiv and it didn't dry my face out nearly as bad as this product. I do like the product, but won't purchase it again when it is completely gone.

I have used this product for about three months now. Before, I would have huge zits and acne on my face. I have tried many things, including prescription medicine. This worked. My skin looks so much better! I used to have to use tons of cover up, now I wake up in the morning and don't have to worry about it! I get a zit or two every once in a while, but it goes away quickly. I like all the products, and very happy with my results.

It's only average, that's all. It worked okay at first, drying out the zits and all, but then it just started aggravating my skin and causing bumps. It just didn't do the full job.

Im 21 and suffer from adult acne all of which is on my forehead. I have been using this product for several months and have just stopped using. I was so impressed when I first started using it. The first week of using the product it almost completely cleared up my skin but then after continued use my pimples slowly started coming back and now after several months its not doing anything.

Im searching now for another product to get rid of my acne.

I have been using this product for almost a year now. I've been using the skin polishing acne cleanser together with the neutrogena micro dermabrasion cream for almost 3 months and I got really an amazing results. I used to have a lot of pimples on my face and red scars. Most of the scars are gone and only few left but slowly fading. I still have pimples sometimes but they heal quickly about two days.

I have tried many products from Neutrogena. I used it for over two months, it made my acne go away, then it stopped working

I love this product. Although it kind of dries out my skin (b/c of the night cream doesn't really moisterize) still my face has never looked better. I have tried everything possible (dermatologists, pills, other systems, Proactive) and none of them worked. I was kind of skeptical about this because it cost like [$] and thought I would be wasting my money. This is definatley something I will continue to invest in. My confidence has changed DRAMATICALLY!

I've been using this for years. I had some pretty bad skin problems when I was younger, and tried so many products to help but none of them worked very well. Then I got this and my skin cleared up so quickly. It did seem to dry out my skin though [although I haven't had any problems with that in a little over a year now]. I switched to another product that I thought would keep my skin from drying, which it did, but I broke out worse than I had since I started using Neutrogena. After a month, I decided to switch back and just use a little extra of the moisturizing lotion when I needed it. Literally the next day, my skin was looking better. I had less pimples and the ones I still had weren't anywhere near as red. Since then, I haven't tried any other products and my skin is very good.

I have been using this product for the past month and I must say that I am very impress with it. I have severe acne and have tried everything including proactive, which turned my face really dark. My face is definitely clearing and the good thing is that I have no break outs in the process. I like the fact that I can buy it over the counter and I do not have to have a contract for it. By the way Iam African American with very oily skin, just to add I am also using the Acne Mark fading peel and the acne eliminating spot gel. I find the combination to be awesome.

I think this is far better than acne free which is full of alchol and irritates the skin. These 3 steps combined work well together.

I'm 20 years old and within the past year began to experience some severe acne on my forehead. All the face washes i've tried in the past would cause my entire face to break out,causing me to stop use of those products. I was pretty skeptical to try another medicated face wash but i really wanted answers. I've been using the product for about 10 days now and see significant improvements. My skin looks the best it has in over a year. Well worth the money!

I used it, and then my skin got so dry and it would be this way even if I don't use it again for a few weeks-a few months! I did it right. I couldn't wear makeup without it looking ugly, clumpy, fake, and too much powdered (i don't use powder!) it did very little to my face except, DRY it! It was the worst thing I did to my face.

I am in my mid-twenties, with occasional breakouts on my forehead and cheeks during my cycle. I have never had a serious problem with acne until I had a bad reaction to somehting (still don't know what) and all of my face broke out..EVERYWHERE. I think it was a hair shampoo I tried that irritated my skin when I would use it in the shower. Anyway I tried this product after comparing it to ProActiv. I chose it because:1 - I could buy it immediately at a drugstore2 - The price was reasonable [$] - It was only 3 steps instead of 4 or 54 - The day time treatment included SPF15 sunscreenI LOVE the product. You wash your face with the face wash, which leaves your face really clean, but not dry or scaly (I have normal skin). Then you put the overnight lotion on before bed. In the AM, you wash again, then put the daytime lotion on. I did this for 1 day and by the second evening my skin was 70-75% clearer than it was before. I did nothing different except use the system. It works, and I would recommend it. As long as your skin is responsive to benzoyl peroxide, it is one of the best products out there.

LOOOOve it! I had moderate breakouts - on my face, chest and back - i had regular visits to the esthetician if i wanted to stay clear. This product cleared me up without overdrying or irritating my skin - the benzoyl peroxide overnight cream is amazingly effective yet gentle- no redness or overdrying. This system prevents my breakouts.and i love the sunsheild lotion, it soothes my skin. and it's soo affordable. I hope they continue making it. I'm from canada and it's been discontinued here - to i'm getting some on my next visit to the states

I've only used this product for one day, but I noticed a difference the next day. I've tried ProActiv, but it didn't work for me. I think it works well for those of us who don't have extreme acne problems. I read some reviews where some have complained, but later they admit that their skin is extra sensitive and that they have serious acne. I didn't start having acne problems until I turned 31 and so far this product has worked overnight. I look forward to more improvements as I continue to use it. Thanks Neutrogena, good bye ProActiv.

I started using this when I was 13, It cleared up my pimples in 2 days and I didn't see a single one in 2 years. For some reason though, after using it for the tow years with awsome results, I started breaking out again, I don't know why, So I moved on. Can't find anything yet that works that good again :(

This product definetly works faster than Proactiv Solution because I've tried both of them.It cleared my skin overnight. I would recommend this to young adults and teens who need to clear the skin with a refreshing and effective ance system

My face never felt clean after washing with this soap. It didn't cut through the makeup and oil. After 3-4 weeks of use, when I thought I should start seeing improvements, I got 3 of the BIGGEST zits I have had since high school. My complexion is worse than it was before. I am very disappointed.
