Since we dermabrasion isn't recommended for our skin. I've used this product off & on for a while, and always found myself coming back to it. The thing about this product is don't over use it, or leave it on your skin to long. Because, it will irrate or dry your skin out. Somedays you may need to skip a day, depends on how your skin react. I would recommend a good night cream (for moisture) at night, or a great zit zapper cream (depends on the level of your skin - what you're exp. at that time).

I used this in the 80's as a teen. I found it again in 1997 when I was pregnant. Love love this product and now as an adult it not only helps with oil and breakouts but it has faded some brown spots on my face.

I love this scrub! I was getting pimples the size of half a marble on my face that were filled with infection and resulting in terrible scaring. Since I have been using Pernox I have been able to keep the terribly painful pimples at bay. I havent had a single breakout since using Pernox.
Pernox has not only cleared up my skin but given me the confidence to leave the house and not be ashamed of my skin. I am grateful to this product and I wouldnt know what to do without it.

I have used this product every day for over 20 years. I did try other cleansers before finding this one. I will never use anything else. I am willing to stake my life on this product. The best facial cleanser ever. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it is worth every penny they charge.

I've been using this since 2004 when a friend recommended it to help my oily skin. This product is amazing. My skin looks the best it has in years. The only problem is it is so hard to find, I wish they sold it in stores, I can't find it anywhere. PLEASE DON'T STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A LIFESAVER. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STUFF.

I just discovered this stuff about 2 years ago, and it is absolutely amazing. It's perfect for my oily skin, gets it very clean. Helps prevent my acne. This is the greatest scrub ever and I hope that they never stop making it and make it easier to find. I can only find it online. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. WOW.

I absolutely love this stuff. I found this a few years ago when I was looking for a better scrub than in Proactiv's Line. Glad I did, and I've come back for more. It totally refines and renews the texture of your skin, which helps eliminate clogged pores. Some people may think this is too abrasive for their skin, but what I do is suds it up in my hands first, which helps take away that "ouch" feeling of the scrubbers. I like the Regular scent a little better than the Lemon, though. It doesn't take but a few days to see a HUGE difference - it's amazing how it works so fast. It's the BEST on the market. It is hard to find, but it IS one of Bristol-Myers best-selling products to this day...

I have used this product for over 20 years, and whenever I have had to use other products (because I ran out Pernox and couldn't find it any stores) I didn't have the same results. I have tried lots of the TV advertised products, but nothing works as well as this. Please stock more stores in the Atlanta area with this product!

I have been prescribed Pernox by a dermatologist years ago and it is excellent!!! It prevents blackheads from forming, eliminates miliea (whiteheads), great for oily skin. There is no other scrub on the market that compares. It is not an easy product to find. I have been using it for about 30 years!!!!!

I have used the scrub cleanser formulation of Pernox for 40 years. I don't like the foaming stuff quite as much. However, the scrub has kept my skin clear all these years. The scrubbing beads are much smaller than in most scrubs, and you don't feel like chunks of your skin are being hacked off. Pease don't stop making this fabulous product. I have given it to many, many people. My only complaint is that it is so hard to find. I'm so happy that I found it on-line.

Tried this stuff about 2 years ago. I am 33 and have had acne since about 12. Have tried everything and usually it just overdries my face and causes it to get worse. Pernox makes my skin feel clean, refreshed and my pores feel and look tighter. I use it 1-2 times a day and follow up with Acne Free Terminator gel. Still have occational breakouts, mainly from those PMS times. But overall it's the only thing that works for me. People have also commented on how smooth and young my skin looks and I really owe it to Pernox. Love it and will continue too for as long as I can get it.

I started using Pernox over 3 years ago and was very pleased! This is the only product I have found the scrubs and washes effectively! The scrub grains remove the dead skin cells, while the soap solution cleans out my pores!

I remain perplexed why the company hasn't updated their logo or container design (it looks as if it was made in the 1980's); and I don't understand why this product is so much more expensive than other over-the-counter scrubs.

Regardless of the price and packaging, this is a great product! I've tried fancy expensive abradant cleansers and this one tops them all!

Pernox is the BEST PRODUCT I've found for chest and back acne, but be forewarned: this is the FOULEST SMELLING STUFF EVER, and the fragrance LINGERS on your skin and hands, even after several washings. Don't use this within 24 hours of being close to anyone. No perfume or deodorant masks this smell. Fragrance aside, use it sparingly because a small bottle will cost nearly $[...].

ONCE I TRIED IT ON MY FACE, THOUGH, I NEVER WENT BACK TO ANY OTHER FACIAL CLEANING PRODUCT DESPITE PRICE INCREASES ALONG THE WAY. My face has always looked great over the years and whenever I ran out and tried soap, my skin was oily and prone to acne. It essentially debrides the surface of your skin but only superficially and not deeply. GREAT stuff. Too bad the prices continue to climb. A 5 oz. bottle lasts about a month.

I REALLY LOVE THIS STUFF IT REALLY WORKS. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THE SMELL IT IS NOT ALL THAT GREAT IT SAYS IT HAS A FRESH SCENT, BUT NOT TO ME. I HAE REALLY OILY SKIN AND IT TAKES AWAY THE EXCESS OIL.
