I've been using this product for a few years now because it's been pretty decent. It covers very well and doesn't feel like you're wearing makeup. It's kind of annoying to use with a sponge since sometimes chunks fall off, so if you're okay with using your fingers, go ahead.
my BIGGEST ISSUE is that it smudges off. If I touch my face it comes off. It comes off easily even though it lasts. The overall product is good considering other Maybelline foundations I've used. Currently I'm on the search for a longer lasting foundation. But Overall a good product.

This stuff works well. I am currently switching brands of makeup. I used to wear an expensive brand of makeup but they changed their formula and it irritated my skin. I wanted a good quality inexpensive brand. This works really well. It covers every thing: blemishes, freckles. A little goes a long way so this will last a long time. It is also great for sensitive skin. It lasts all day cleans off easily. I use the Dream Mousse foundation and blush and them set it with the mineral powder. So far, no complaints.

I love love love this foundation! It covers really great, yet doesn't feel heavy. It's lightweight but doesn't feel "wet" like the liquid foundation. I'm allergic to certain make-up but this has never caused any problems and has never made me break out. Over all, I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants great coverage but doesn't want something thick on their face.

This stuff is just great, i love it.. Ive never used any make up that stayed on so long and looked so natural. There is nt one color that matched my skin perfect so i got two colors that were closest and mixed them, and it works perfect. To cover it with powder i use maybellines mineral powder and it keeps everything on forever. im not going to switch my makeup for a long time! i love it and would recomend it to anyone!! :)

I like the way this feels and the fact you can layer it for any level of coverage and it still looks great. I plan to try Porcelain Ivory as the Light Ivory is more golden than I am -- but it's a nice change anyway for summer. Moisturize dry areas before applying. I like to apply with a foundation brush just for the way it feels and blends.

This Foundation has worked miracles for me. I'm a burn survivor with scarring on my face. I have tried tons of foundations and this one is the only one that works. It doesn't cause a cakey build up in scars or wrinkle and it evens and smooths discoloration in scars. I'm a teenager so appearance is very important and this foundation helps me put my best face forward. I usually use a MAC brush to apply it or just my fingers to smooth it into scarred areas.

I bought three different colors of this product before I finally found one that even 'kind of' matched. I bought colors medium 2, then medium 3, then medium 2.5. The 2.5 kind of matches, but it's still a bit too dark. The color selection of this product is too limited. I kept using the product at the time because it covers well and if applied lightly I could get it to blend into my skin well enough that you couldn't tell it didn't match completely. The product did feel light on my face, but I think it's quite noticable that I'm wearing foundation when I have it on and I like my foundation to look natural, as if I am not wearing any. It also feels a bit oily, especially after wearing it for a while. Another downside to this product is that it doesn't stay on for very long and it smears onto my clothes A LOT!

I can't wear any type of liquid or powder foundation, it just doesn't ever "set" right on my combo-skin. I use the shade "Nude". This gives a beautiful matte finish, and it helps keep oil at bay better than any other type of foundation I have tried! The finish is gorgeous,it dries down to a smooth almost powdery finish, that looks and feels just like my skin...only flawless!

I absolutely love this product. I had severe acne as a younger teen and sometimes even get bad breakouts now, so I'm left with bad scarring on my cheeks and chin. I have very sensitive skin so for a while I could only use mineral make up. Which after 3 years took a toll on my bank account, so a friend talked me into trying it. Reluctantly I went and bought it and tested it out and I actually loved it. The only thing is you have to apply some sort of moistrizer befored you put it on.

I'm a makeup artist, and this stuff is AMAZING! I read some of the views, the people who left negative comments probably don't know how to wear it. The BEST way to apply this stuff is to use a MAC Cosmetics Duel Fiber Brush, which is the Mac Brush 187. After moisturizer and concealer, dip the brush in the dream matte mouse, and stipple it on to your skin using the brush, then buff it in with the same brush. That Mac Brush will blend this foundation in flawlessly, and make your skin like porcelain. I also recommend setting it with a covergirl translucent loose powder. Apply that powder with the same Mac Brush, stipple the powder in, and buff. You'll be FLAWLESS!

I have pretty oily skin and this keeps the shine to a minimum. It blends very easily and matched my skin tone very well. The coverage is just okay so I had to use a concealer to hide under-eye circles and other discolorations. I have sensitive skin and this didn't irritate it at all or make me break out. A really great foundation!

This was O.K. but it flaked off unless u put on a super heavy mosturizer and it is hard to blend in, it runs when u sweat and didnt really let my skin breath. the bottom line i would not recommend this to anyone.

I have a red birthmark on my nose (of all places) and find it very challenging to find a product that feels light weight and yet will supply the right coverage to even out my skin. This product did just that! I would recommend that you use a moisture cream before, a foundation brush to apply and a loose powder to set. Remember, use it only where you need it. A little goes a long way. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The first time I discovered "Dream Matte Mousse",I was looking for my usual brand of foundation,and it was not available,so I choose Dream Matte,because it was a cream. It is the only foundation I've used in many years that did not allow any shine after applying. I do not have to touch up this foundation at all thru the day. The only fault I have found is that it crumbles. I apply using a foundation brush and have to apply with a paper towel on my bathroom counter because crumbles fall onto the counter and make a mess.

I just bought this product and so far it is amazing! You really only need just a dab of it onto your cheeks, nose and forehead. If you add too much, it ends up looking all cakey. It's SO easy to apply and totally evens out skin. Not too thick but still gives enough coverage! Only con is that you probably need to reapply or use a powder over it later in the day because its not as long lasting as heavier foundations.

This is the best foundation I have ever worn! It's lightweight, even after wearing it for several hours, it never gets that heavy feel. It's really smooth and natural looking. Make sure you use a moisturizer before applying this foundation if you have dry skin or it will show with the dry skin flakes, but imo, that will happen with any foundation.

When I first bought it, I loved it. It was very nice and smooth to apply. But after a couple of hours my face gets greasy. You can tell I really wear makeup because it's obvious in my pores. It wears off after a while and I need to reply. I would rader use a different makeup.

I have recommended this to plenty of ladies but I advised them that it gets everywhere. If a company could come up with a product like this but stays on all day and only can be removed by soap it would be the BOMB! I work in a office and majority of my paper work has some of the make up on it.

I bought this to replace Maybelline's Wonder Finish. I loved the Wonder Finish product because it went on liquidy and dried to a nice powder finish. My T-zone is dry and when I use the Mousse, I can see all of the dry skin way more than without any make-up or with my Wonder Finish. It looks terrible. I tried it on a friend of mine that has beautiful skin. Her skin looked dried and peely looking too. I do not like this at all. I am going to try the Trublend by Cover Girl in the creamy stuff and hope that it works better than this stuff does.

This product works great, but I think there are better products out there. The price is very high, and the ammount is EXTREMELY small. Even though you might not use a lot in one application, it will be gone before you know it. Almost every store sells it, and it does however work great, by far the best that I have ever used. I only started using this because Maybelline discontinued the other foundation I was using. After several months of using Finish Matte, my skin looked terrible. I recently switched to Maybelline's Pure MakeUp and it's not only better than Finish Matte, it's also less expensive. My skin looks so much better after switching to the Maybelline Pure MakeUp (with or without foundation on). I recommend the Pure MakeUp instead of the Finish Matte.

I enjoyed this product when I first got it but then it really did some major damage to my skin. I broke out like crazy and now I have blemishes from this product. I began using BareMinerals and It' s the best make-up I've ever used. It actually improve the clarity of my skin. Anyways, If your prone to breakouts do not use this product...fair warning.
