I use them at night and they fit great. They dont leak and they are very soft. I sometimes wear them during the day too. My mom like how they fit me.

these are extremely stretchy and can even fit up to a 34 inch waist if you peel the cloth like stuff off of the sides and stretch them as far as they go. (yes i actually tried this to satisfy curiosity)
they hold an impressive amount for their size, theres not much pulp but there's an impressive amount of absorbent crystals under the padding which swell up quite a bit.
and true to the brand they smell great! even when they're wet.

good for disabled children that are too large for normal size diapers but are too small for adult diapers. waist size of diaper needs to be about two inches larger. hard to find. stores and pharmacies have a hard time getting the product from suppliers if at all.

I have a 5 year old daughter with special needs and we LOVE these..wish they made bigger sizes...after these we will have to go to other brands of youth diapers that probably won't be as good as these.

As a family with a history of bedwetters, we figured this product would help out with our 3 super soakers. We have tried other night time products but with leaky results. While those products fit better, these Pampers absorb better. The stretchy tabs are great but dig into the kids sides a bit too much. Our 5 and 7 year olds sleep much better now but our 10 year old has to use alternative products with OK results. Wish I had these growing up.

I would reccomend this product my son uses them for bedwetting because the goodnites don't work.
But I do wish they would make a size like 8 or 9 that way when he no longer fits in them he can move up to the. size 8 or 9. My son is 9 years old.
