Benefits of registration

Registering on our site allows you to order prescriptions and Photo Center products, track general merchandise orders, keep a shopping list, set e-mail reminders, use our Ask a Pharmacist feature to get answers to your health questions and receive e-mail notification of online special offers and events at your local Walgreens.

When you order prescription drugs through our secure pharmacy registration, we ask you to provide us with a limited amount of personal and health-related information. This information is necessary to process your order and to check for interactions between your prescriptions and your health history. Once entered, this information will be securely stored in your history, and only you and authorized Walgreens personnel can access it.

Registering online

Register easily by following the Not registered? link below the log-in fields at the top of this page. You'll be able to order products or prescriptions, keep a shopping list, upload photos to the Photo Center and much more within minutes. (Please note: Accessing some secure features of our online pharmacy requires you to complete the full online pharmacy registration, which involves placing a toll-free call to us in order to verify your identity.)

Registering in the store

You may also begin your registration at your local Walgreens. Just give your e-mail address to the pharmacy staff. After they put it into our system, we'll send you an e-mail with a quick link to complete your secure registration.

User name

During registration, Walgreens asks you to choose a user name to help us recognize and identify you. Choose a user name you can remember. If your preferred user name is not available on our site, try adding a memorable number (NOT your birthday) to the end of it.

Password

During registration, choose a password you can remember. Passwords must be at least six characters long, and may include letters, numbers and other symbols such as !, #, $, %, etc. The most secure passwords combine all three different character types.

If you forget your user name or password, we'll reset your information and send you an e-mail with your user name and a new password. (If you had completed your full online pharmacy registration, we will need to verify your identity again in order to give you access to your online pharmacy records.)
