Never miss a Walgreens e-mail!

To make sure our messages don't bounce or land in your junk/bulk mail folder, add these addresses to your e-mail address book:

  • Walgreens@email.walgreens.com
    (We send our weekly specials, monthly newsletter, photo promotions and special announcements from this address.)
  • WalgreensCustomerService@walgreens.com
  • CustomerService@mail2.walgreens.com
  • ContactUs@mail.walgreens.com
    (We reply to inquiries and send alerts via the above addresses.)

Not sure how to add a new contact to your email address book? Simply select the name of your email provider from the list and follow the instructions* below. (They're the same information you'll find on each provider's own site.)

Updating your AOL addresses list

To manually add an address:

  1. Click the Addresses tab on your Mailbox window.
  2. Click the New dropdown menu on the navigation bar and select New Contact. The Edit Contact page opens.
  3. Enter at least one of the following:
    * First name
    * Last name
    * Screen name
    * E-mail address
  4. Enter any additional optional information.
  5. Choose which of your contact's e-mail addresses is your Preferred E-mail by selecting it from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click the Save button.

To add an address directly from a message:

  1. Open a message that you have received.
  2. Click on any of the e-mail addresses that are at the top of the message (From:, To:, or Cc:)
  3. That opens up a window, giving you the option to send a message, add the person to your Address list (or edit an existing contact), send an Instant Message, or add the person's Screen Name to your Buddy List. If that address isn't associated with an Instant Messenger account, the last two options are replaced by "Invite this contact to sign up for instant messaging" instead.
  4. Click on Add to Address Book (or Edit Address Book Entry if already in your address book).
  5. A new Edit Contact window will open.
  6. Enter the information you want about that person.
  7. Press the Save button to add the entry into your Address list.
