Keep Your Records Current

Step 1. View Your Health History
You must be fully registered with the Walgreens online pharmacy in order to update your health information. Sign in to view your health history. Once you've done that, you can access Your Health History from Your Account by clicking Update Health Information under "Your Tools." When you update your health history online, your records will be updated both in your online account and in our pharmacies.

Sign in here to keep your records current with Update Health Information. If you have completed your full online pharmacy registration, you will be able to update your health information right away.

If you have registered on Walgreens.com but have not completed your online pharmacy registration, sign in to your Walgreens.com account and follow the instructions in red.
