Simple Steps for Auto Refills

Auto Refill Prescriptions

Welcome to Auto Refill prescriptions. By following these simple instructions, you won't need to worry about requesting a refill again. Let's begin!

1. Select your prescription for Auto Refill
2. Select beginning date, how often to refill and delivery option
3. Submit your request
4. Cancel Auto Refill

1. Select your prescriptions for Auto Refill
   On Your Prescription History, click on the "Set-up Auto Refills" tab at the top. You will see a list of your prescriptions that are available for Auto Refills. From that list, choose the prescriptions you want to set to automatically refill and check the box for 'Set-up Auto Refills" next to each prescription. Then click Set-up Auto Refills.

2. Select beginning date, how often to refill and delivery option
   1. In the First Auto Refill Date boxes, select the date you'd like your first Auto Refill prescription to be filled.
   2. Next, select how often you'd like your prescriptions to be refilled from the Refill Every x boxes.
   3. Then select which Walgreens Pharmacy you'd like to pick your prescriptions up at, or choose to have your prescriptions shipped to you.

3. Submit Your Request
   Click Set-up Auto Refill and you're done! Your prescriptions will automatically refill beginning on the date you chose and as frequently as you selected. We'll send you an e-mail when your prescriptions are ready for pick up or when they have been shipped to you.
   
   When your prescriptions reach their last refill, we will notify you by e-mail to contact your doctor to avoid delays of future refills.
4. Cancel Auto Refill
   To cancel the Auto Refill feature for a prescription, go to Your Prescription History, click on Set Up Auto Refill and then click Cancel next to the prescription you wish to remove from this feature.
   
   The Auto Refill feature is available after you have completed your full online pharmacy registration.
