Careers:	District Manager

As District Manager, you will have your finger on the pulse of your district's stores as well as the technology and the people that are helping drive your profits. In this highly visible corporate position, you will be responsible for directing the overall operations of a Walgreens district and improving the district's store sales, profits, market share and public image through the development and protection of assets, controlling operating expenses and ensuring the district is providing proper service to customers. Your recommendations and direction will be sought on district sales, gross profit, expense, income and payroll budgets. You will be managing human resource functions for your district while helping your managers and supervisors maintain company policies and practices. All told, you will be looked to as a leader and visionary in helping your district prosper.
